Your dining experience begins the moment you step aboard the Skylift elevators. Our guests travel 167 meters straight up, and in less than 50 seconds they are truly on Top of Vancouver. Other than our fantastic cuisines, Top of Vancouver revolving restaurant also offers a picture perfect 360 degree view from lush mountains to the sparkling Pacific Ocean. You’re basically paying for the view as the food is decent at best. If you are lucky to be dining on a clear evening, the city lights and views will surely make up for any deficiencies. However, the staff are friendly and the ambiance is great. The service is non-rushed which makes it easy to have a relaxed meal.

So we missed dinner but ended up having a couple of beers to watch the view of vancouver with some special visitors from Europe. The reason for the three stars is becouase I know the quality of food as I have been here time again but I have always liked the service as there are some top notch servers here. Keep up the good work. All that’s need done here is a better minute and possibly a renovation to math the high caliber view and potential customers you could have here

Possible date/celebration option. If you are taking relatives/date out for a dinner who are not from Vancouver, it's a great place to bring them and show them how a savvy Vancouverite (even if you're not). The food is pricey, but they do label themselves as "fine dining". With the price, the food is good, but serving is small. I could get a bigger portion and the same kind of satisfaction from a White Spot. Service was a hit and miss. Sometimes our server would deliberately leave us after the end of our sentence because it was so busy - fair enough. However, that's not "fine dining". I had to ask for menus twice, and one point, a buser took away our dessert forks that a server just put down. If you're a stickler for dining experience, the service might irk you. Decor is amazing, since you are surrounded by Vancouver, but the interior, really, is revamped 80's fine dining. Overall, eating here once is enough.

Phenomenal view and delicious food! The lobster and avocado salad was a transcending experience - the wine list was excellent and our mains perfection. The atmosphere is something unique and special - I will definitely be back!

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went there today for a birthday dinner, only to find myself accused by the waiter of not paying when I had handed the money to another waiter. I have never encountered such horrible service. Later on they found the money but their apology wasn't sincere. A simple "sorry" thrown over a shoulder doesn't not fix a birthday dinner. My mother is still upset over this incident and I wouldn't recommend going to this restaurant to anyone.
