Cuchillo

Love, love, love! I love everything about Cuchillo! The decor is gorgeous, the lighting is perfect, the music is trendy, the service is impeccable. And then there's the food! I've had most of the items on the menu and have yet to try one that i didn't love. The roasted cauliflower taco, yum! There's a good variety of 2 to 4 seat tables, communal tables, booths, bar seating and more private seating to meet everyone's needs. They also have a great selection of wine and high end tequilas. If you go for a special occasion, you can bring your own cake at no extra charge. Definitely a favorite!

Great food and atmosphere. Seating however can be difficult. If you're large/tall tough to get in between the bench and table. If you're short and wearing a skirt maintaining your dignity can be a challenge. As much as I love the food, I won't go back unless a table is available. Still recommended though.

The food is excellent! They are a tapas concept so it'll be kinda smaller in portions. Good spot to catch up with an old friend or maybe a first date. Food was full of good comfort flavors with some interesting combinations. Recommend the Bison Short Ribs

Unreal food, atmosphere and incredibly accommodating to food allergies/disorders. I'm celiac and was amazed by how careful my server was about telling me which plates I could have (went with a group of 9 people and ate tapas style). She also made sure my food was prepared separately. It's the following day and I feel fine :) Definitely will be back. Everything we ordered, that I could have, was delicious. Comfortable tables for large groups too.

Setting is awesome, although to be honest from the inside you couldn't tell it was a modern mexican place, the decor could use a touch up to add some spice. The food itself is incredibly tasty but portions are on the smaller side and once you start to charge around 12-15 for two tacos that are not that large, it's tricky. I would suggest going, great with a great to enjoy a bite, just don't expect to be full. Also the drink menu easily dwarfs the actual menu, you literally have a few pages to choose from!
