Cool boutique touches that one comes to expect from Renaissances. All the typical Renaissance high-end touches in terms of room amenities. It's a relatively small property with only 12 floors, so don't go in expecting any great room views. Because of its size, there's no executive/club lounge, which was disappointing. It's not the end of the world, but the alternative of having to call the service desk for more water bottles was much less convenient (and not to mention the service staff that brought the items all had this look on their face like they hated their job). Located right in the heart of downtown Montreal, so it is centrally located to a lot of venues downtown. However the lack of self-parking was also a disappointment as the valet could take a long time, and the one-way street its on can make getting back to the hotel a little difficult. My suggestion is to also skip the hotel's restaurant. Food quality left a lot to be desired (at least for the breakfast)...getting supermarket deli-style packaged ham with a $15+ eggs benedict is not impressive at all. If you have free breakfast included as a Gold or Platinum member, I'd recommend asking for points instead and going to one of the many stellar brunch places in town; you lose the convenience factor but your taste buds will thank you.

Hotel was situated in an excellent location downtown. Easy to find. Rooms were modern, stylish and contemporary. Booked a loft studio and had a great corner view with plenty of real estate. Checking in and out were fast and painless. Props to the valet service there for being quick and accommodating. If I had to nitpick, it would be the room's climate control. Could've been warmer in the winter. Also slippers were not provided, had to call room service for it.

Great location, in the center of downtown. A bit small room. Nice breakfast here though. Asian restaurant here on the ground floor had delicious food. Parking was not convenient here. Anyway, this hotel 's quite modern and new.

Very nice hotel on the inside. The drive-up can be difficult. There is a lot of road construction. And the main entrance to the hotel is not obvious at first. Do not let the Hotel deceive you. That looks old and worn out but the inside is very nice and the rooms are excellent. I thought the wait staff and concier was very pleasant. The rooms are very reasonably priced and the hotel is located and a very nice part of the city. It's just that there's so much construction going on the traffic in the area can be very heavy throughout the day. Plan accordingly when you're going to your destination from the hotel. It is likely to take longer than you might think. Thank you for a wonderful stay at your facility!

Recently took a school group here for a weekend in January. Staff were amazing and exceeded every expectation. Beautiful accommodations, modern hotel, great food and close proximity to the main attractions. All in all, amazing hotel to experience Montreal.
