Very impressed with the staff here! We came in and they were very busy. More so with online or call-in orders than in-person. It can be very hard to honor first in, first out orders when you have people standing in front of you getting grumpy. The staff handled jerk customers with grace and professionalism. Our order was correct and tasty!!
Giving low ratings because this is the second time my order was not prepared properly. 1st time, order of a simple pizza with 4 topings was made improperly. Mistakes happen sometime, so didn't give any bad reviews then. Next order of MOD size salad was looking like mini sized order. Reason giving two star instead of one is their nice staff at the pickup counter and order always ready on time.
This is one of the best pizzeria in town! Great customer service, quick pizza cooking and easy access from 405.
Staff is friendly and service is fast. We love mod pizzas and their no name cakes. Everybody in my family orders their own cake!! We love their thin crusts pizza. I love Mod Pizza. They have great prices and so many toppings to experience. They also offer two different types of gluten-free options, dairy free and meat substitute. Super chill environment and conveniently located!!! Thanks Mod for a fabulous pizza experience. Vegetarian options: Meat substitute and plenty if veggie toppings Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free, Dairy free , and vegetarian options available
Overall good pizza with a great assortment of toppings. My only complaint is that I ask to cook longer / crispier and 7/10 times it is, but every now and then it seems it cones out slightly undercooked with cheese not totally melted to a slight browning. Since I like a pizza with a combination of toppings, usually needs 2-3 more minutes than a typically pepperoni pie. But it could be just me . Vegetarian options: Lot of veggie options Kid-friendliness: What kid doesn't like pizza? Parking: There is parking all over. But can get full a peak times. Wheelchair accessibility: Doesn't seem to be a place with accessibility issues. They appear to have movable tables and chairs. Dietary restrictions: Like vegetarian options, they can help with some restrictions.
This place is great. The workers here are very friendly and work at a very quick pace. Pizza was very tasty as well, tried the mega dough for the first time and loved it. Coming back here if I’m ever back in the area.
Someone else posted in a review that the price is a bit high. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? All the toppings you want on an 11 inch pizza for like $8.50. That's incredible. Made right in front of you. Some giant guy with a ginger beard boxed it all up and yelled my name as hard as he could. "A" for effort. "A+" for deliciousness.
My husband and I have found our new love. Mod pizza is consistently delicious, why because you get to create your own deliciousness. They have selections for you to choose but they also allow you to create your own pizza using whatever toppings you choose no matter how many you want!!! I've never seen this before. I was equally pleased when they told me that I could add whatever topping I wanted on my ceasar salad aa well. This place has been added to our regular go to place! Always pleased!
Very very disappointed! Piss poor quality control this place has when they send out burnt pizzas that taste like cardboard. Pretty embarrassing when you have a “trendy” pizza franchise that Little Cezar's could wipe its butt with. I won’t be returning.
