This Chipotle place is relatively new, and anytime we come does not have long lines. The food is fresh and taste great! For some reason, it is freezing cold inside and looks like the AC is always on.
Extremely rude, unprofessional, and racist staff. Never in my life I had to pay for my food and be treated to badly. We ordered a burrito bowl to go. We got our protein and we didn't want to add salsa on top of protein in the bowl. We asked if he can give it on the side and he instantly refused and told us that he will have to charge that as a side. We did not add any salsa in the bowl so we asked him why we would have to pay for it. We usually do online order pickups and online orders allow for more than 1 items to be packed as a "side". We were not asking anything extra. He said that this is how it is done and that we should hurry up. His tone was very condescending and rude. We eventually gave up and added salsa in our bowl. After checkout we noticed that the bowl was not closed properly and it was leaking. We asked him to at least close the lid properly or give us another lid so it doesn't leak in the vehicle. Hi laughed at us and said that chipotle lids are always loose and it is how it is. He said "That is how the lids are. Hurry up and take your food." I was going almost forget the experience to chalk it up to overworked employee stress as I love Chipotle's food. I was shocked to see that the same employee was rude to us and who argued with us, treat the next customer in a very polite way. I was completely shocked and appalled by how we were treated. Lately, we have been having really bad experience at most of the Chipotle locations. This was the last straw. We will never spend another dime at Chipotle ever again. Attached pic shows how everything leaked out.
They’re always missing something from my order, without fail. But the chipotlane is so dang convenient with a sleeping toddler in the car that I still go here. And their customer service is always great on the app, so I usually get reimbursed or something free when they mess up my order. Hopefully management takes the reviews into consideration because this location and having a drive thru is great!
They gave me like half the normal portion of guacamole but charged me the full price. The one worker wasn’t very friendly and didn’t respond at all when I thanked him for helping me. Woodinville one is much better.
The best quick burrito you can get, this location also has a drive thru for mobile orders for the drive thru you can't order at the window, you must order ahead. Friendly staff and clean inside. You'll leave here with your stomach full that's for sure!Food: 5/5
That was the worst Quesadilla I have ever tasted in my life!! Can't even call it a commercial Quesadilla.. it is bad, It is really really bad!!! 1- It's so greasy! 2- You Can't place a hot tortilla in this plate it get wet! 3- They didn't even spread the cheese and chicken!! 4- They add multiple big peices of chicken and that's it!! Who called this place a mexican food! I seriously regret eating from Chipotle. If you really want a good mexican food, La Sabrosa Taqueria is your place, it is just 4 min away and they do really take care of their customers
This spot never gets orders correct. In my last experience, they didn’t give me 3 of the 4 meals we ordered. When I returned to have the order remade since it had been 45 minutes since pick up and the food was cold, the manager “A” said she wouldn’t remake all the meals since “it’s not her fault we didn’t put it in the fridge when we came down, and would need to reheat it.” She also refused to refund the meal. When asked about customer service was told, “that’s what you get”. I’m sure everyone who pays for a hot meal is perfectly ok with eating it cold or reheating it. Needless to say it was disrespectful and inappropriate that a manager would tell me that I should just reheat our cold meal because of their mess up. Chipotle offered a free entree…thanks for something I’ll never use since we won’t be back.
This location consistently forgets items in our order, gives weird portion sizes, low quality ingredients… there has been an issue every time we have visited unfortunately. We once got a kids quesadilla and when we opened it there was no cheese. Or a burrito bowl with like a pinch of salsa. It’s just kind of bizarre… at this point and we will only be using other locations.
Too Long Didn't Read: I had two kids with me and we placed order using UberEats and were eagerly waiting for picking up the food from Chipotle. but the whole evening experience was nightmare. At the last after long discussion, Chipotle team was generous to pack food for us, but i already lost TIME and PEACE, and my kids were not interested in the food anymore by the time we got. I faced 4 issues. 1. Team at Chipotle was very irresponsible when we asked for food. the food pack was not there when we went to Chipotle Order Pickup area and it was either taken by somebody else or Chipotle team didn't make our food ready. Chipotle team respons was "oh you ordered via UberEats then someone has already taken your food pack, we didn't see who it was, we were busy, we couldn't verify who taken your food. Its not possiblefor us to check alwayswho is taking food. some people show ID and some peoplecome and pickupand go". How come Chipotle team says that response?? are they not responsible to check who was talking food? 2. In uber eats i can see that my order is ready for pickup, but Chipotle team said they didn't received the order at all. they couldn't find my order. 3. my order pickup time was 12/16/2022 between 6:45 and 7:15pm PT and i went there by 25 to 30 minutes late. Chipotle team response was that i went there 2 hours late and they said that because i placed order around 5pm PT. i don't know why this is an issue, yes i was late by 25 min than my pickup time, 4. As soon as I went there i showed my UberEats order confirm page to the Chipotle associate who was at pickup counter, and he didn't find my order in Chipotle system. and called their manager. she also couldn't find it and asked me to show the UberEats order details again, but unfortunately my battery is dead, and her response was " sorry, I cannot help you without order details. and I have to drive back homeunfortunately charger not there in my car too to charging and come back to the store again to show the order details. Chipotle team couldn't TRUST me even though i showed the details to their associate. Chipotle team, remember no one going to come to your food and have a long conversation and spend an hour time at your restaurant without placing order. I can understand your situation, but I didn't expect that response from your team. Summary: I would NEVER place orders via UBEREATS. UBER team, I have a very bigger picture about your team so far because of the Technology you use and what not, but NO MORE. 1. First problem your User Experience SUCKS, finding restaurants to placing order is not easy. 2. How come order not reach Chipotle? Very pathetic. remember food orders are not an apparels or a Toys order whete we can wait if shipping is delayed, this is food order and very time sensitive. You LOST one customer, oh wait you are thinking just one customer!!!!! Unfortunately I have already updated my company team about this whole experience and this would be last last they go for UberEats coupon. and I will NOT RECOMMEND UberEats to anyone in my circle. Chipotle team , I had so much respect so far to people at Chipotle and tasty food you make. but now it's GONE. Overall it was a nightmare experience had. Giving 1 star due to very rude staff and bad experience. They put too much spice in veggie bowl when asked to put very little. After that, when asked to change the food, they replied very rudely and we ended up eating the heavy spicy food. They even had the guts to say it's the customers fault and not even acknowledge their issue. The food quantity was also much less than what other Chipotle stores give. They were also out of Guacamole which looks to be a consistent issue for this store as per other reviews.
