Ordered 5 pizzas over the phone, specifically ordered 2 non garlic with only olive oil because of a severe garlic allergy. Both were made with white sauce with garlic. Called the store back to get a refund due to pizzas being inedible and they would only offer a replacement, which is completely useless when we have a house full of people, or a $15 store credit, against a $40 order. Will never order here again.
Have been going to Papa Murphy's for over 20 years and have never been disappointed. Take out only so minimal atmosphere. Always clean and the staff is always courteous.Food: 5/5

Josh at the bothell location is amazing, a sweet baby angel to be exact. His pizza skills and professionalism are unmatched among any pizza maker this side of the Mississippi. 10/10 recommend as best pizza maker alive and president of the united states of America
If I could give 0 stars I would because this was hands down the WORST customer service I’ve had. I ordered a pizza online and accidentally forgot to check off that I wanted mozzarella cheese. Instead of the manager, Jewel, on duty, fixing my pizza, he refused and told me I did it on purpose. I truly don’t know what kind of customer service this is where a customer who has ALREADY PAID not be accommodated. The pizza is not cooked so there should have been no reason that my order could not have been fixed. Further, I didn’t take the pizza and have not received confirmation of a refund.
Was camping out in an RV park just down the road and decided a pizza was the way to go. With the pandemic happening figured a take and bake was the best option so I called up this Papa Murphy’s and ordered a Papa’s Favorite. The customer service was excellent both on the phone and in person. I was told fifteen minutes and when I showed ten minutes later my pizza was ready. The employees were wearing face masks and following social distancing guidelines which was refreshing. Minutes later I was home and the pizza was in the oven and it was delicious! Thank you for great service and a delicious pizza to go!!!
It's been a long time since buying papa Murphy pizza. They have alot more options now. My pizza did not hit the spot today. But the cheese bread did come out great. If you want to bake it in house still good option.
Always great pizza, great customer service and they are super efficient with the readiness of the pizza when ordered online. My overall experience with Papa Murphy's is great
It's take and bake pizza. It is what it is. Friendly staff doing what they can to sling out pizzas in minutes to their customers. Shop can get a bit grungy when they're busy but that's the price of fast-paced pizza craft.
