We used to order papadillas from this location all the time. We ordered 3 papadillas for delivery for tonight and they all came in like the attached pictures. First we were already aggrevated by how long the delivery took. We placed the order around 5:30pm but we did not get our food delivered until 8pm. On top of that, the meatball papadilla was like half the normal size. I've never seen papadillas looked and delivered this way and I was so offended someone would actually make them this way this size, and expect the customer to accept it. Do these look like papadillas to you? Additionally, we never got any sauces that we selected with the papadillas. Someone was definitely slacking off tonight. Papadilla boxes were not even sealed either. This was so unprofessional and unacceptable.
This was a horrible experience in terms of customer service. I ordered one medium and one large, when I came in the gentleman running the till laughed then gave me 2 mediums. They made a mistake when I called in the order. When asking for my receipt they refused to give it to me. It’s Sunday and I’m not in the mood for a back and forth when I just want to eat with my family. But there is a serious issue here with this place. I will never order from here again. Regardless I did walk away with 2 pizza’s, also wondering why it was almost $70.
I got a free papadia for ordering online. The manager Anthony actually went around the counter to hand me my food personally. I actually felt like an important customer somewhere. Thank you Anthony for reminding me that there are still great workers out there that love what they do, prime example. I never thought meatball and pepperoni went together so well it was cooked to perfection . I will be back,, probably within a few days. So great
Quick and easy for a decent pizza. Staff was polite and quick. We ordered through the app and picked up. Everything was ready at the time the app said. Parking: Not really related to parking, but getting out. The only thing I don't like is getting out of their parking lot. I believe, technically, there is no place to make a left turn. Or if there is, it is onto Bothell Everett highway, which is a hot mess most of the time in regards to the traffic.
Used to work here, awful management explains every bad review on here. we were told to re-use the cheese that had fallen off of pizzas and just "pick out the other things" meaning no pizza made here is safe from cross-contamination. in addition, half the employees seemed to consider the place a joke and would intentionally mess up orders out of spite.
My kids like the pizza - it’s the only reason we return. Orders are consistently incorrect when delivered. Items missing is the main issue. Tonight we got someone else’s order and we caught it once my husband brought it in- but it was too late, driver was gone. I’ve spoken to the manager before about the errors we frequently experience and they say it’s caused by outsourcing the delivery. I don’t see why they operate a business with such poor business practices and poor safe guards in place. How hard can it be to deliver a full complete order? When an order is wrong it’s takes more than hour to correct the mistake and deliver again. It’s not a fun experience especially with hungry kids.
I ordered the cheese and pepperoni in crust. the crust was not cooked at all. It was like a cheese stick wrapped in raw dough. No wonder they have the option for well done.
Idk why we keep ordering from them. Used to be great but the last year or so, every time we ask for light sauce on our bbq pizza it comes drowning in bbq sauce. Like it’s a joke to them or something. It’s completely inedible. Then there’s the fact that they use door dash for delivery. Which is a mess in itself. Don’t think I’ll be spending any more money here.
We're ordered pizza with Philly steak. Do you see any of the actual Philly steak on it? Also we ordered it with ranch sauce but instead we got tomato sauce. We're giving our money and we want to see good quality in return.
Ordered delivery from this place twice. They messed up my delivery both times. First time the first order never got delivered, so I had to place another order. When I called about the order, the manager was very rude and hesitant about sending another pizza. It took 2 hours to get my pizza. This time my pizza got delivered to the wrong house so I had to go find it at one of my neighbor’s house. I will never order delivery from this Papa Johns again.
