4 stars down to 1. Ordered the cluck chicken sandwich barely any sauce. The picture on the display shows sauce drizzling off of the chicken. I had to check for sauce and the small amount that was put on was soaked into the center of the bun…. Not even the entire bun. See pictures. The spicy rooster fries were super good! I was starving and needed something quick. There was no line, food was hot. The only reason I took one star away was because the fountain soda coke didn’t taste right.
I went through the drive through. Staff was friendly and order was out fairly quick. I had a sourdough Jack combo, which was good.Food: 4/5
So I enjoy Jack's usually.this was last Saturday around 10:50pm at the canyon park. The person taking my order appeared to not speak English. I had a survey coupon good for a BOGO jumbo and asked for 2 taco's. There was 1 car in front of me and 15 min later I'm still in line the lobby was closed as I finally got to the window I handed the gentleman my coupon and he looked at it for roughly 5 minutes and was asking me again what I ordered. I told him 2 Jumbo's and 2 taco's again. He then hands me a bag and hands me my new recipe and coupon for 2 Jumbo's back. By this time it's backed up so as I'm moving on I open the bag and it had 1 sandwich and no tacos. It had a really old hard as a rock curly fries in it. I looked at my receipts and the 2 Jumbo's and 2 taco's were on it? And it had the same offer on it for BOGO Jumbo's that I already had completed that they appeared not to take??? The sandwich had a piece of chicken with a horrible hot crust. No flavor just burned my mouth. I tried to back up but car behind me was already there. I went home and called. No answer. So then complained in survey and was told I would receive a call. No one has ever tried to contact me, or reach out to get the story so I'm leaving the story.
Okay, if the manager wants to reach out again, I'm ready to talk this time. Mint mobile and Jack in the box had a special on St Patrick's Day for a free milkshake. Because of the prompt last time to "please try us again", I decided to come down the hill and try again. Maybe I misunderstood and they didn't say to try it again, maybe they only ask for communication. But I went ahead and ordered online like the advertisement said to. I selected to pick up in store. When I arrived at 7:15 at night, I was locked out of the store. Went through the drive-thru and was questioned by the employee at the window. He had not made my shakes and was not going to until he got to the bottom of the system malfunction that "All these milkshakes are going out for free". Not just mine, but the whole shift. He has been seeing free milkshakes go out the door, stops and doesn't serve me mine, and I have to explain to him what the promo his company is doing. I was not given my shakes until after he called his manager. Once he was off the phone he finally said he would make my shakes. And "oh yeah, we're out of mint." Preposterous. I don't know what it is with this location but they can't seem to do anything of quality anytime I'm here. I know I probably shouldn't be eating the stuff to begin with, maybe this is just more motivation to keep me away. I worked over 11 years in the food industry. They must survive here because they're a conglomerate. This would never happen at a small, local restaurant. The treats for my kids are the plain Oreos shakes. In case you're wondering... I'm hoping my venting here has helped me burn enough calories to enjoy the shake now.
We went twice last week, website says they are open until 12 a.m. First was was about 11:40 and the girl said sorry we are closed. Second time was 11:30 and the building was empty. What a bummer, won't waste my time again.
Came on a Wednesday, yalls hours say you're open till midnight. I got here at 11:25, its a fast food place. It doesn't take that long to make food. Why is no one here when yall are supposed to be open till midnight? Called twice, stayed on the line till the call ended. No one answered. There was a guy in a red shirt in a black truck sitting outside on his phone with his lights on like he was just about to leave. While I was waiting in the lot to see if you would answer the phone, three different customers also came through the drive through and left because no one was there. This has happened to me on more than one occasion so whoever you have running your closing shift consistently you should maybe not have them run night shifts.
Pulled up around 615am and they were not open for drive thru or dine in. I left and came back 30mins later and they are still not open. Not really sure why as it's been over 45min at this point, I left and to my knowledge 3 other cars had left over this span of time. Pretty unpleasant experience, hopefully the owner can staff better as this is ridiculous
I had really great service inside and the food is hot and delicious! Thank you so much! Really clean too, very nice place!
I love jack in the box but google has them as open for 24/7 but I went there today and it was closed, not sure if this is a temporary thing. With in the time we pulled in and left, 3 other cars were behind us as well.
Juan Pérez was amazing and had the upmost customer service! He was very personable and accommodating and treated me and my friends very good and it’s not first time he’s helped us.
