Clean n friendly but holy crud, this is a $13.00 sandwich. I asked for no mayo but no other changes..ingredients were fresh but that is only an assumption as very little of them ended up on my over priced white bread I’ve been seeing their commercials for years wishing we had one close. When the opportunity came up I stopped in. I won’t be back. I saw the auto response. I thought I was prett clear about what happened, n please don’t attempt to placate me with resubmitting the same info to keep your positive response numbers up.

Horrible customer service. They all hate their jobs and they treat the customers very poorly. They refuse to answer the phone when they get a little bit busy. It took me two hours to get a sandwich delivery however, I tried calling just to cancel it and they never answered. I called 16 times, and the phone just keeps ringing totally unacceptable and I will never ever be back.

Placed a 70$ order, they had issues delivering so tried to call me and I was in a meeting. Left very short and irritable voicemails. Was able to call back finally and Richard the manager had nothing, but attitude to give me. No thank you for your order, just that it was my fault and I should have done this and I should have done that. I will never be ordering from this location again. Too bad. Great food, but horrible service.

I went online to the corporate website to lodge my complaint. The corporate offices responded immediately, showed empathy and assured me the owner of this location would be reaching out. That was several days ago. I sent another email and still no response. The lack of timely follow up when a customer has an issue is my bigger issue aside from my original complaint, which by the way, was the issue of the store closing early preventing me from placing an order to go. Very young staff seemed to want to "get out early" even though it was not yet close time, all the lights and signs were "on" and the door not locked. I drove out of my way to get there before close and it didn't matter. That, combined with the lack of interest in addressing my complaint is why I will never buy from a JJ again, certainly not any locations owned by this owner. We have food choices people. Vote with your dollar and go where merchants appreciate your business.

Italian Night Club never fails. Heck i prefer it over their Garangatuan. Occasionally they hand out free bread at the end of shift which i don't mind dropping at the food bank. I ordered a #6 instead of my regular #9 once because i was having a senior moment. I offered to pay the difference after checking my receipt. But they were cool enough to fix it & didn't let me pay extra.

Against my better judgment I went with my husband’s idea to try this place again. Yes once again and once again a sandwich that was all bread with little substance. I asked for extra bacon and only two thin pieces - I took pics. Very disappointing I changed my rating, to be fare the lettuce and tomato were fresh unlike last time and had they used more bacon it would’ve been a five. They’re getting better

Asked for peppers on my cuban. Register said they're out of peppers. Girl behind the counter said "well the cuban doesnt come with peppers anyways" in the snottiest attitude ever. Asked for a little extra ANYTHING to make it right, let's be honest the peppers are awesome. HOW ARE YOU OUT OF PEPPERS!? their lack of not trying to make my food right was unsettling as well as the attitude. I'm no millionaire but I know its common sense for business; if you're out of something you're famous for, you need to do something else to sweeten then pot for your costumer to make it right. This place just lost my business. I'll go to subway across the street from now on.

Usually quick and good food... Ordered sandwiches for the family and for one of them I asked for no Mayo. I even asked the worker if there was for sure no mayo and she said yes. When I got home to eat the sandwich there was mayo on it! Always a bummer when an eating establishment gets your order wrong: especially when you don’t know until you get back home!

Order placed at 11:51 AM, finally arrived at 12:52 PM. Driver did not follow instructions to call for pickup upon arrival, causing more delays. Sandwich is soggy as you'd expect if it just went for an hour long drive around town
