Love the food Here , very good as always just went again and got a Meat Mountain, best sandwich ever.
I only go here as a matter of convenience. The carpet and the furniture seem perpetually sticky. The seats of both the chairs and booths have lost their structural integrity and you kinda sink into the seats. I don't use the drive-thru since it takes forever. Plenty of parking though.Food: 4/5
I just ordered a LG Carmel cinnamon shake wow it was bigger than jack in the boxes. And it was the best I've tasted. Plus they usually have the sandwiches 2 for the price of 1 Which makes it like a value meal. Thank you Arby's A++
Had the crispy fish sandwich no tartar. Hot and juicy, always tasty! And now 2 for $7. As a pescatarian, I come here only for the fish!Food: 4/5
My girlfriend introduced me to "Jamoca" shakes at an Arby's out in Everett. It was so good that I wanted to stop by my nearest Arby's to get one, I figured I'd go inside and have some lunch while I was at it. The First thing I noticed was how filthy each and every single counter top in the whole restaurant was, not to mention the floor. This was around 1:00 in the afternoon, which lead me to believe that they didn't take 5 minutes at the end of the night to wipe down any tables. The sandwich and fries were exactly what I'd expect from Arbys, but the shake tasted like a dirty sponge. No trace of coffee taste, No trace of chocolate. Pure mildew. It was horrifying. I don't think the pictures I took really capture how gross it was in there. If you have to come here, go through the drive-thru to save yourself from being grossed out.
**it seems to have gotten better** DON'T GO UNTIL MANAGEMENT FIXES PROBLEM EMPLYOEES usually have get great food here. last time i went they put two or three slices beef on my beef and cheddar. went there today and ordered the same thing. told the lady the problem last time, she said she she'll fix it. drove the 9 miles back to my house kind of a drive but i love arbys. opened the bag and the sandwiches were wrapped in fish wrapper. the beef and cheddar looked really oily but i ate the thing anyways, it tasted really bad, its hard to say why fishy maybe. and now my stomach hurts. somethings terribly wrong with this arbys lately, management please fix it!

7/20/22 response to owner: You might as well just close this location because if they are open the service is so terrible you can't get any food within 20 minutes. I figured today I would give them another chance and go in there but it's not even 7 o'clock and they are already closed and the employees are just sitting out on the curb in the parking lot and waving customers away. I'm not even gonna bother going in there anymore. If you need additional feedback in order to figure out what's going on then you're obviously not paying attention to the service or business at that location. Board up the doors and windows. Or maybe sell it to somebody else that can actually run a business. Original comment: Service has gone so far downhill here. It's really sad because they had great food and used to have excellent service. Now they don't even open the dining room and you are lucky if it only takes 15 minutes just to help one car in the drive-through. If there's 1 or 2 in front of you, you're looking at almost half an hour. Sorry, but the food isn't good enough for me to wait that long at any drive-throug, or most restaurants for that matter. I know the pandemic has put a strain on everything but it's been nearly 2 and a 1/2 years and apparently our ability to maintain customer service was hanging by a thread before that since it's essentially non existent now this location as well many other businesses. I'm just not sure why a crew of 4-5 people are not capable of serving one car in the drive thru in less than 10 minutes.
