Take care if you want curbside pickup. It can be really hard to contact someone to bring your food out. Good luck getting your food if your mobility impaired! This happened twice at this location. Also, call this location before you order to be sure you CAN notify them on your arrival, but also to ensure their ordering system is working. I placed a mobile curbside order previously and when I got there and waited for it, I was eventually told their system was down and they never got my order. Each time I have an issue with them though, the managers have been quite apologetic and accommodating. Their professionalism earns them a couple of stars, but their electronic communication leaves much to be desired.
Ordered at 6:55pm, quoted 25-35 min. At 20 min after ordering, said order was out for delivery, but then received a text stating they were outsourcing to Door Dash and delivery would be at 8:05pm. Delivery occurred at 7:53 and pizza was luke warm due to time elapsed we live 8 minutes from Pizza Hut… Be careful ordering delivery from here - instead of 25-35 min, could be an hour and barely warm food due to Door Dash outsourcing. Oh, and we live in a complex - and they left it in the common room rather than delivering to our door.
I order from Pizza Hut every few years because I somehow forget that they have delivery times that measure in hours, like literally 2-3 hours instead of the 30-45 mins promised. I’m writing this more to future me, don’t order from Pizza Hut again they haven’t gotten better. To clarify after I complained I got an email that basically said “we have staffing shortages so we’re sorry but won’t do anything”. So they’re basically saying order at your own risk, $50 in inedible pizza later, that’s my last order.
Didn't even get the chance to try the pizza considering I called and the woman who answered asked "for pickup or delivery?" I answered "delivery" and she goes "ummmm actually we don't do delivery until 4 pm" I was calling around noon. That's absolutely a bold faced lie as I've ordered pizza hut delivery before 4 pm. They were just too lazy to do the job they applied for. Awful location.
Never got my order, it was made about 2h before closing and it seems like they were overbook and before closing I got a sms that DoorDash will deliver it…. Never happened. Opened a complain via PizzaHut support and a generic email told me that the store will reply back to my phone or email within 2-3 days… that never happened either. Called the store directly and the employee blasted at me saying that he doesn’t handle that.
Worst branch ever for Pizza Hut. There are only 3 ingredients in my order and they missed one onions and look the the spread of toppings. So disappointing. Will never go back to this branch again. The one in Everett is the best pizza from Pizza Hut so far I had. Avoid this branch if you can. And to top it, the one who gave me my order doesn’t wear mask or gloves.
Dinner was 40 minutes late for pickup and my order was incorrect. On top of this it was not very good. We ordered the big box special with the chicken alfredo and then the side of chicken alfredo pasta and no chicken the disturbance were half the size as they used to be and we got two medium pizzas instead of the box. Quite disappointing
Our pizza was delivered on time. The pizza was good and just the right temperature. The delivery person was super friendly and professional.
MAKING PIZZA WITHOUT GLOVES. I'm sorry but how can a business in the food industry let their employees use their bare hands?? People cannot be trusted to thoroughly sanitize, this is why there are gloves. Pepperoni pizza was half burned and cheese pizza was...well...just see the photo. I DID NOT eat that food.
I contacted the phone number to order for delivery 4 times. Each time my order was taken up to when payment information was required. That was when I was hung up on. Also every phone call wasn't aware of the previous special given to me. I was told it didn't exist. Last call I asked if there were problems with the phone system and again I was hung up on. This is terrible customer service. It's like since the pandemic there is an excuse out there that doesn't require appropriate customer service. I won't use Pizza Hut again. This was terrible.
