I’m giving 2 stars because my fries were hot and not soggy, otherwise it would have been 1 star. It took me 25 minutes to get my food, even though I watched my fries sit in the heater for 15 of those minutes. The store inside is disgusting. 1 very petite girl and 3 guys. The girl seemed to be on charge and was teaching 1 of the guys how to cook the burgers. One guy was cleaning the shake machine, answering phones, and taking orders. 1 guy was on fries. The girl took my order at 5:56pm. I did not get it until 6:17pm. The Cajun fries needed more seasoning. The coke almost tasted flat but not really, it was weird and gross. Dumped out my cherry coke, tried regular coke, still gross, then tried raspberry tea…. Was okay. My burger didn’t end up having all of the toppings I asked for. I was disappointed in presentation of the burger, my cheese was totally melted off of the burger. Not much was left on the burger. You’ll see in the pictures that the expectation for fries isn’t what it used to be. Especially for how long I stood there waiting for them to fulfill Uber orders, surprised they weren’t generous with the fries. Also none of the tables were clean, even if I had wanted to stay and eat
Good FG location in Bothell,easy to get in/out and to 405.Consistantly good food at all locations,especially the FRIES! a bit on the pricey side,but OK for a treat now and then.Employees friendly/helpful.
Awesome go to hamburger joint! They over fill the fresh cut frys everytime you order which is a nice touch. Shakes are great too! Always freindly, fresh and fast. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world
So I've been to five guys many times. And actually the typically good. But this time, I may be deterred from five guys forever. The food was pretty much the same as it always was. The burger's decent, even good. The fries, while they give you bunches, or just a little too soggy for me. Sometimes it's worse than others, and this is pretty bad. What else do you have? That's cost. I almost walked away when the cost of a regular burger was basically $12. Yes you read that right, $12 for a burger. However, we were in a hurry on a road trip, and I just had to make a decision. I bought two hamburgers, one large fry, one soft drink, and one milkshake. Pretty simple meal for two people on a road trip. What was the grand total for that straightforward fast food meal? $44!!!!! I was blown away. Sorry five guys, you lost a customer. It's no way that burger is worth 40 bucks. Sorry, no way. I will never go back. Luck to you!
Omg, what’s wrong? It was not my first time, but the first time here. Buns are wet and melt, fries are extremely oily. Don’t know what was wrong, probably I added too much tops and they’re wet.
The staff on new years eve 30min to closing was absolutely SPLENDID!!! Especially the young lady answering the phone. She was very kind, patient, competent with the lg order, and had such a great disposition over the phone and in person. The gentleman cooking made the burger perfectly and served hot so was delicious Great job guys. Thank you
I rarely have a bad time with burgers and tried various 5 guys locations but the food is way too greasy and for me to ever say that is something as it hardly bothers me. The staff were a bit disheveled but also I don't expect high level when they're likely under paying their staff. I wouldn't take pride in my work if I was under paid either.
Burgers and fries were great. Actually cut the burgers in half and made two dinners they were so big. Restaurant is clean but very little atmosphere, almost sterile. Still the food is good but a little high priced. I do recommend.Food: 5/5
Great burgers, and the cajun seasoning on the fries is really good. The service was prompt, nice, and friendly. But wow has the prices really gone up! Twelve dollars for a cheeseburger is kinda ridiculous.Food: 4/5
The burger options here are amazing. Its not the cheapest. However when you add in all the extras they offer its still a really good burger. I visit there about once a month. Staff is usually very friendly, ingredients are fresh and the dining and prep areas are spick and span.
