Great store, great pizza, friendly staff. I've been coming to this store every other week and have only good things to say about it. Their 2 items for $5.99 each is wonderful. Besides, in about 5 hears they never got my order wrong. Thank you Bothell Dominos!
I ordered a pizza via Domino's app almost an hour in advance with a scheduled pick up time for carry-out. I stopped by to pick up my order on time as the app said my order is ready. When I arrived, they couldn't locate my order in the first place then asked me to wait a bit. 5 minutes later, they informed me that my order would be ready in a few minutes. Although I carried out my order, I saw two families dining in. The restaurant is small - only has two 4-person dining tables and 1 2-person dining table. Every time I visit, staff wasn't friendly or helpful. One funny story - one of dining customers purchased a 2L bottle of Coke and asked for cups. The staff said they don't provide cups.
This Dominos and their AGM David has single handedly saved my marriage and kept me off the streets. My pregnant fiancé needed a pizza and some wings and because of that you know that my life depended on this Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza. I called ahead to make sure it was cool because I also work in food service so I’d totally understand the feeling if someone were to walk in an hour before close. But David and his other TM accepted me graciously and made my pizza, wings, and pasta with grace and precision. Bias circumstances aside, this was probably THE BEST service from a dominos I have ever received. 10/10 would come back to this Dominos again. 11/10 would invite David to my wedding.
This is how our pizza came late last night with a bunched up receiptin it...complete carelessness. Not only that we purchased 3 pizza on the mix match deal were it clearly stated the total was $28 and some change. The driver charged us $38. I will be contacting corporate, and I will be getting my money back. They also forgot the sauce we ordered, and delivered the wrong pizza!
The pizza here is good for the price. The staff is friendly. I ordered a Brooklyn style pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and extra sauce. Tastes great
We were enjoying Domino's until they started skimping on the toppings and raising the price. At this point, Costco pizza is the better choice and closer.
I called to order many times and no one pick up the phone so I have to drive to the location and the lady working there was so slow . Never came back to this place , I almost forget that the music was to loud! Playing loud rock music for costumes that's no very nice .
They quote you an amount and it ends up being alot more. It has happened to me more than once. I have been ordering from them for awhile, we order often. The last few times it's been like $10 or more. Not ok. Take care of your customers and quote a correct amount. And I tip when I sign the receipt. Come on domino's
Ordered the jalapeno chicken and mango sauce last night, and it's GOOD! Ate it with some rice from home. TOP TIER comfort food. I wasn't in the mood for food but ate all this up. Your chocolate cakes are delicious too! No matter what time of day we order from this store, the service and food are perfect. Thank you all for your hard work!
I have tried Dominos pizza from a few places in the Greater Seattle area and this place was particularly not good after a couple of my experiences. The pizza from here was never fresh even though I picked it up on time both the times. The toppings felt very stale as well. Moreover, they forgot to pack garlic dips and extras from the order. I would recommend trying another location anytime over this one.
