Mercedes-Benz Vancouver

March 15, 2018 Unfortunately I had the displeasure of visiting the Terminal Avenue dealership today. The receptionist found a salesman to help me. I advised him that I was interested in purchasing a 2018 S Class sedan. I explained that my wife has a 2010 S550 and wish to replace it with a new model. He then told me that there as “a lot of energy” around these cars(whatever that means). He said that some cars were being bought and sent to China. The only relevance that comment had was to insult me as a Chinese. I asked to see one and he said there were no 2017’s in stock and there was no 2018 models to view. At that point I said that we should price one out and I could give a deposit for late summer delivery. He asked me 4 times if I could show him my wife’s car. I told him that I was not interested in a trade each time. I finally asked if he did not believe that we owned an S class. He then said that he would have to check with his manager to see if they would even entertain my offer to buy one. The only conclusion I can come to was that MB was not going to sell me a car because I was Chinese and MB didn’t trust Chinese to buy and keep a car in Canada. BTW, the salesman was Chinese so racial discrimination crosses visible ethnic boundaries. Or he did not think I was really a buyer. I did tell him that my current vehicle was a BMW M3. I was dressed well. To remain civil was a challenge. I was dumbfounded that someone had to get a manager ‘s ok to even take an order from me. Someone came over to speak to the salesman and although he was standing face to face, with me and he never introduced himself. Obviously he was the salesman’s superior. The salesman then made an excuse that he had to go and see someone and that salesman #2 would help me. Salesman # 2 then said indeed there was a 2018 S Class on the premises being used as a manager’s car and that I could see it, which we did. So salesman # 1 was lying at best. He searched his computer earlier and said there was nothing I could see. I have bought several expensive cars in the past including Porsche and MB. Suffice to say, I will not be purchasing my car there. Disgusted D in Vancouver

Wonderful experience! Our sales associate Jackie was amazing! Quick, clear communication every time we discussed our potential new purchase. She made everything from start to finish easy and enjoyable! All aspects of the sale were professionally prepared by her upon our arrival from Vancouver Island and no time was wasted. From pre-financing with Lulu to the insurnace process everything was seamless and professional. We look forward to our next purchase here!!

Amazing experience! My family and I went in looking for a new car after losing our previous one to an accident. Rosanna was our sales associate and she is, without a doubt, the most helpful associate we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. She went above and beyond to meet our needs and wants for the car we were looking to purchase. Rosanna took the time to explain everything and answer any questions my parents had and then further took my sister and I outside to the car and explained all the new and preexisting functions of our new car. Rosanna was amazing and genuinely happy to help us with everything- she didn’t push or try convincing us to purchase the car, which is something I really value in a car dealership sales agent. Even after purchasing the car, Rosanna is one text away from any questions we have about anything to do with our new car which is amazing, especially since previous dealerships we’ve bought from have always left us in the dark, without explaining anything properly. This entire experience was amazing. The staff was great! We will definitely be going back to Rosanna in the future :)

Corey Adams at the dealership is the best. I've bought three vehicles over the years and I'm always happy with the experience. He'll get you into the best vehicle for your money. Definitely highly recommend Corey and the Mercedes Vancouver dealership - thanks to Elaine too!

Highly recommend Amir!!! Second car I bought from him and each experience was positive! He goes above and beyond..Lulu from business office was also amazing, helped me get the right protection plans for peace of mind! INSANE DEAL!! Thanks Amir, Lulu and kelly!!
