I have visited all the Lexus dealerships in the Lower Mainland. Service and knowledge was beyond my expectations at North Shore Lexus. In My 40 years of car buying experience this has been the best service I have received from all levels, from the lot attendant, service techs, managers and especially the sales person Cody and other sales personnel helped as well. All my questions were completely answered and I felt no pressure and actually enjoyed my car buying process. This dealership is a true championship team, everything handled in a timely and professional manner.

We've just purchased our second Lexus and had an all-stars team at Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore to help us out. Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore have set a new bar in customer experience for us. Doug, Dan and Keith were very accommodating, courteous and knowledgeable. There was a delay in shipment for our vehicle and the communication was quickly conveyed to us. In fact, all emails communication done with them thus far has been within 15 minutes, which is exceptional. The team made sure all our requests were met. I had a concern about our car and they've made sure to check the car we've purchased to ensure the concern is addressed and provided the update to us the next day. Keith knew the car they had intended to provide wasn't going to meet our expectation and had a new one shipped in for us. The team really went above and beyond our expectation to ensure we have the car of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We were attending the car show and as usual we sat in the Lexus ES 300 H and said if ever we buy a car for retirement this is the one we'd love.  We met Philipp from North Shore Lexus and he said he had a 2015 on the lot with low mileage but we would have to make a deal that day.  Long story short Philipp, Dave and Dan worked very hard with us and we were able to pull it off.  Marg and I have now had a bit of time in the car and it is amazing.  Everything that we expected.  We're really looking forward to some nice long trips in retirement in a car that we'll really enjoy.

I recently purchased an RX350  from Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore. The dealership has great staff who are all courteous and professional. For this purchase I was assisted by the manger Mr. Jones, product advisor Keith Kong and sales & finance manager Dan Kogan. Very impressed with the service and advice offered by Keith Kong. He is well versed with the features of the vehicle and answered all of our questions. He was personally there to deliver the vehicle and explain the technical and smart features. He made it an overall pleasant buying experience.

I usually don't write reviews, but I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Isaiah at Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore and had a great experience.  Isaiah was courteous and professional throughout the entire process.  I had ample time to test drive and inspect the vehicle without feeling pressured.  He had all of the vehicle's inspection report, maintenance history and CarProof documents prepared for my review without having to ask for them.  This kind of transparency and honesty gave me peace of mind in the purchase.  Of course, he also got me a great price and the car was in pristine condition when I picked it up.  If you ever stop by Jim Pattison Lexus Northshore, I highly recommend asking for Isaiah.  

Thank you Isaiah for the friendly experience, and also to Christian the manager who helped us with the paperwork, and everyone in the service department for delivering the vehicle in top shape!
