Just took delivery of my 2nd Subaru Lease! After looking at and driving a few different options in a small suv, it was the Forester Limited for the win! Freddy took care of me and my family on our 1st Subaru Impreza Sport Tech w/eyesight 2 years ago and nothing but great service from him and the Jim Pattison team here. Had the pleasure of dealing with the Jim Pattison Subaru team for my newly purchased SUV. Right off the bat I was impressed with not just the professional culture, but also the apparent pride the team takes in its products; it gives one the feeling that should any issues arise, the team will go above and beyond to fix it and keep their customers happy. Vanessa did a great job as the point, explaining everything clearly and concisely and providing answers as needed. Ralph and Jordan were also top notch and knew their stuff inside and out. Would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone!

Bought a truck from Northshore Subaru a few days ago. Happy with the vehicle but was only able to haggle down the price because they forgot an old sticker on the windshield that was $1000 less. Asked about finance options and they told me I was getting a great deal but realistically I was paying them an extra $10,000 to borrow 7,900. Car salesman told me he was gonna give me a ride to pick up my car the next day and then ghosted me. First time for me at a dealership and felt very taken advantage of/they just wanted my money. Not impressed with the service
Got my 22’ WRX from Freddy, wonderful guy to deal with and has a genuine passion for what he does. Excellent communication from before I signed any paperwork or even put down a deposit and its continued even after I took delivery. Everything was explained well and there was no sales pressure, I would highly recommend reaching out to Freddy for your next Subaru if you’d like a seamless and honest car buying experience.
Having enjoyed my Subaru Legacy for 12 years, I thought it was time to enjoy some of the new enhancements that newer vehicles have. I was met at the dealership by Jack He. We looked at a few new vehicles and I knew right away that the Outback was the vehicle for me. Jack was always professional with no pressures to purchase! I was impressed with the overall service by Jack and Rael throughout the purchase and delivery and feel comfortable to drop in to the dealership if I need any help sorting the new features. I picked up my BRZ last week, and it's the finest car I've ever driven. Freddy was my salesperson, and he was great throughout the entire process, as were the other staff members I dealt with.
Called this dealership for a new set of keys since I lost mine. They told me it was $7,000 to get a new set. If I wanted to trade in my car, since I couldn't use it without a pair of keys, they were offering me a few hundred dollars. This is not a joke. My Subaru is worth at least $10,000 CAD. Go to Fast Locksmith if this is happening to you. Got two keys for $1,100. Better than losing my entire car.
Update 10/18/2022 I finally received the cheque in mid October after a couple of months waiting and multiple times of follow-ups. I appreciated that the manager Bernard called me and apologized for the delay and the inconvenience caused. He also offered the compensation for the whole unfortunate situation. Overall, I am glad they fixed the problem and handled this professionally after I escalated this to the manager level. This is an updated review after 4 months. My sales Alan is amazing and professional. But if you are considering lease or finance with them, and need to work with their Financial Service, I suggest that you should always double-check if they charge the correct amount as promised for your monthly payment. I found that I got charged $18 more for monthly payment after the first month payment got taken from my bank account. I reached out to my Sales Alan, and he handled it professionally, quickly and apologized for a mistake that was not made by him. It was their financial service team miscalculated my monthly payment amount by double counting the tax. Then Alan said the Financial Service will reach out to me and send me a cheque to refund the overcharged amount. I did get a call from their Financial Service team however, after they said they are going to mail me a cheque for the refund, I didn’t get one after a month waiting. So I called and followed up. I think it was Shawn from the Financial Service team who chatted with me again and promised that he will mail the cheque to me within two days and ask me to call back if I don’t receive the cheque next week. As you may guess, there is no cheque in my mail box after a month. I tried to call and email, no response since then. After 3 months, I still don’t get my money back and get overcharged every month for the lease payment. My point here is not only about $18*24month. My point is that always double-check if they take the correct amount of the payment from your bank account as they promised. Highly recommend Alan Alizadeh! I contacted a couple of dealerships in metro Vancouver area and I decided to go with Northshore Jim Pattison Subaru because Alan is one of the best that I’ve worked with, professional, responsive and honest. He listens and explains things clearly and always be honest and genuine. I would definitely recommend him to any of my friends who are interested to purchase Subaru in the future.
The hospitality and service I got from this dealership was unmatched by any other. They have a very nice and friendly staff especially Jack and Rael who go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and give you information you needed showed great professionalism and care. We waited for more than 6 mos for our to arrived but price was exactly negotiated. Thank you so much for the great service.
