We have our car serviced by Cam Clark every six months and once again, we have received outstanding service.  Their entire service department is friendly and helpful.... Steve, Collette, Stacey always take care of us in such professional and personable ways.  Our service was done within the time they estimated and they always wash our car!!  We have not experienced service this good with any other car dealerships.  They are head and shoulder above them all.

Took my car in for a transmission issue.  Was only suppose to get a diagnosis but got a phone call an hour after dropping it off to let me know they are installing a new clutch, which is covered under the 5 year warranty.  Everything was done the same day and my car drives like brand new again.  The staff are super friendly and knowledgable, i would recommend this location to anyone.  I will definitely be coming back here for all my future Ford service.  Thanks Colette.

I returned my car like a brand new car after 3 years . The mileage was only 28000 km for 3 years instead of 60000km. I expected Ford send me a appreciation letter but instead I received a letter which I should pay 300$ for wear and tear in one of the tires!!!! It was just a simple scratch on a tire which is very normal for having a car for 3 years !! Unbelievable!! Very poor customer appreciation!!

I believe Stacey was my Service Advisor  who took care of me. I arrived early  and was processed immediately, had a walk around looking at the new vehicles and had a brief conversation with Bob the Leasing Manager talking about the new Eco Sport coming in February, then waited in the lounge until my car was ready. Stacey explained the service work that was needed and gave me an approximate for repairs. I got my car back washed and vacuumed, “super service”. Stacey did check back with me a few days later to see if I was satisfied and asked if Cam Clark could be of further service.

Excellent service. Super friendly people. I remember bringing my dog in there and the staff treated her like family. Steve Read has been dealing with the service of my car. Super honest, always gives me a fair quote, and my car comes back to me as clean as a whistle.
