I just purchased my first car from Kevin Leet today! Excellent service, excellent information, and an all around lovely person to have had sell me a great car. He wasn't too pushy, and very accommodating. He even met me at a different dealership, and drove me to the bank! Will highly recommend anyone to go and see Kevin for all of their car purchases!

I've had numerous bad experiences through this dealership. Mainly the service center is the culprit. They have overfilled my oil and due to the excess of oil slopped all over my engine bay stated that I have a leak. Not often that you can speak to the service department on the phone. They claim that they'll call back but never do. This is the type of car dealership that would rather make the customer feel under confident than admit that they can make a mistake. When I discussed with an employee that I might try to use another Toyota dealer they reacted apathetically and had no comment about my decision. Take your business to Destination Toyota Burnaby they know how to treat their clients and care about keeping them!

I have worked with this dealership and specifically with their product advisor Kevin Leet, and I would like to recommend his services to anyone interested in Toyota. I had a pleasure to work with Kevin, and he helped me and my wife to get the best option for our needs and budget. I liked how Kevin presented me information about Toyota while talking respectively about its strong competitors. We used his time a lot taking a test drive of almost all possible models of Toyota there! Kevin wasn't pushy at all, and I felt like he really wants us to make a wise decision, even though it could be not a Toyota car. Kevin helped us to get through the process, getting a noticeable discount on a car. On a day of a delivery, there was a small glitch, and Kevin put all his efforts not only to fix the glitch itself, but to make sure that if for some reason a fix doesn't work, we can get a free service at Toyota. After the purchase was made, he regularly called to check if everything is alright and always was there to answer my questions via text messages. I would recommend to have a business with Kevin Leet to anyone interested in Toyota.

Please don’t believe all the fantastic reviews about this dealership. When I originally leased my Toyota a few years back I was promised and received a free oil change for giving this dealership a fantastic review. I’m sure there’s many more reviews like mine because of the same type of compensation. Fast forward a few years from then. I am finding it very difficult to go back to this dealership due to the customer service, or should I say lack thereof customer service. Nicole Sweet - financial manager - ha! - is a deplorable representation of this dealership - late for my appt (despite sitting at her desk eating chips with her door open) yet somehow I got blamed for booking incorrectly? Huh? Her attitude was atrocious - just took my thousands of dollars without even a smile or thank you. Afterward - I raised my concern with the general manager - Doug Lum - who really wasn’t much of any help. He quickly replied to my initial complaint and said he’d follow up and get back to me. Well a month passed so I recontacted Doug. Well - he thought Nicole’s manager was going to follow up with me. Effective communication amongst the managers is obviously lacking. Be all end all - I was offered something like $50 toward my next servicing in which I have to contact Doug first. I think not. It’s come that time where I need a service again but I’ll take my business elsewhere where I’m treated and respected as a valued customer.

Seamless experience over at Northshore Toyota with Kevin (Leet). Super helpful and knowledgeable. The service was very personal with a refreshing sense of humility. Thanks Kev and team!
