We ordered the 2023 Palisade in May and were told it would take 6-8 months and were pleasantly surprised when we got a call in 4 months saying our vehicle would arrive by the end of the month and then it came even 2 weeks before that. Thank you Abdi and Vanessa from JP Subaru for all your help. Abdi went over all the features of the vehicle and how to program the seats and use all the controls. Also said we can call anytime if we have questions and even guided us out of the tight parking lot. Abdi also took several photos for us with our new vehicle. We are so pleased with the service, that we’ll definitely be back when it’s time to service the vehicle.
I wanted to get a Hyundai Tucson Gas version simply because the wait times on hybrid Tucson was way too much but Abdi hooked me up with a Hybrid Tucson and I was able to take the delivery of my car within 3 weeks on 26th July, which is simply a commendable job from Abdi’s and JP north shore Hyundai’s end. Abdi was thorough with the entire process and I would definitely recommend anyone visiting JP north shore Hyundai to get in touch with him. This was my first time dealing with JIM PATTISON and they did not disappoint, I can’t be sure of other dealerships but JP HYUNDAI definitely stood out in terms of customer experience and service. Huge shoutout to Matt SM and Regan GSM for making sure that I was taken care of!
Well! There was a very thoughtful guy at the service department who tried his best to help me out. Otherwise, I took my car which I bought just last week to make sure it is safe to drive highways every day in the coming winter. They priced my car for $500 and a useless repair for $500 while selling 21,900 from them was going to end at $33,000 whit finance advice! I regret getting the repair and did nothing on my car but I was charged $200 for the waiting useless time there. There was a very poor thoughtful boss with a cold face who just showed a reaction to purchases, that's all... After almost a month's overview, this is getting the worth. This car got a dangerous and serious safety problem on the first day of the rain. This company is not a true business. I correct that business means providing a service or producing a product. This company doesn't follow this inner meaning to help society. There is something wrong. I ask all employers and customers to think about this point and be clear with themselves.
My husband and I have been customers since 2018, but this year we had several problems, missing parts, poorly done services. recently it was recommended by them that we change the front brake, in the scheduled maintenance they did the service and then we found out that they changed the rear brake and didn't do all the service, we had to reschedule a new visit so they could finish the services and once again we had problems and had to pay for everything. The truth is, they are not the least bit concerned about their poor service may or may not cause an accident and take other people lives.
If I could give this dealership a zero I would. I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review in my life, but my experience with Hyundai Northshore is deserving of a 1 star. Would not recommended. Every time I call to request an appointment or speak to someone over the phone, there is no one to answer. When I leave messages, no one ever calls me back. I have to physically show up to get answers. I now go to the Richmond Hyundai because service is exceptional and they actually answer my calls.
Borna helped me to buy my first car and he was extremely knowledgeable, accommodating, polite, and professional. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with him and I immediately felt like he had my best interests at heart. When it's time for me to purchase another vehicle I will ask for him and you should too.
I recently incurred damage to the shroud, fan and relay on my Veloster, creating a low speed overheating problem. This happened in Vancouver, while I was some 900 km. from home. The staff in the service department at JP Northshore Hyundai were exemplary in dealing with my problem. The key to this service was a gentleman by the name of Tim Lee, an ex vehicle mechanic/technician, employed at the front end of the service desk. The opportunity to have an in depth conversation about my dilemma with him I was on my way home to the interior, and the speed with which it was handled was amazing. They squeezed me in short notice with a diagnostic appointment, and got the parts ordered and installed in 2 days. Mr. Lee personally followed up all phases of the process, and regularly informed me of the progress by phone. Mr Lee and his colleagues in Vancouver are good people that went the extra mile. Regardless of whatever other service issues Mr Lee had going on, he made me feel that my issue was the most important one he was dealing with. What a positive experience.
I usually don't write a review but, The service and deal at Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore were amazing! I searched for many electric cars that I was interested in and found Hyundai IONIQ, a fantastic technology system, good for the environment, even looking good! My boyfriend found the dealer shop just to browse it first and, I ended up coming back to get the car the following week. The service that I have got was beyond. Fred, the product advisor, was knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help me to find the perfect car for me. He listened to me carefully to what I was looking for and made sure all my curiosities and needs were satisfied! Bryan, the financial manager, made my financial deal process understandable and efficient, considering my budget and knowledge. Also,, the general sales manager Judd brought my car from Victoria Island because the vehicle only had 5 left 5 in B.C. at that moment and he found one for me ! Frankly speaking, When I decided to buy the EV, my boyfriend and I went to another dealer shop before, but we only felt they just tried to sell a vehicle, and we didn't feel comfortable. However, the whole team members in Hyundai Northshore are unbelievably helpful and genuine. I could go to other places to buy a car, but as you know, shopping is tiring, especially when we need to deal with it financially. Do not waste time. Just have exceptional service and deal over there. Last, I sincerely appreciate Fred Sahraei !!! The genuine service that we have had was unforgettable, and you made my day when I walked in the shop and made my life easier and happier with the new car you recommended !! Thank you!!
They would not help me in a time of need when my 2015 Santa fe’s engine went with less than 100k km - was part of Hyundai engine recall. I was told it would be 4-6 months before they looked at it and that they had no loaner cars so I was SOL. I was also stranded on the Sunshine Coast. Thanks for caring!
It was my first time I used this dealership to purchase an electric car. When I joined the waiting list for the car back in July 2022, Borna Derakhshanfar one of the salespersons helped me with all the paperwork and procedure. My car arrived on January 6th, 2023 and my purchase was done very smoothly and easily because all the staff @ Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore were very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would like to take this opportunity and thank everyone who helped me at this dealership especially Borna Derakhshanfar. I would recommend Jim Pattison Hyundai Northshore if you are planning to buy a car.
