Jakob's has recently transferred ownership and I can't think of anything bad to say about Blake and his team. They take great care of my 911 turbo and S4. Even though their speciality is porches, they love working on my audi too.

I was told by these guys that my brakes had less than 20% and I should change them, while in FACT the fronts had around 50% and the rears had at least 70%. Too bad they told me this in the end otherwise I would've not gone there (I went to replace spark plugs). On top of that, they charged me some $125 for diagnosis, which to this day I don't know what that was for. I paid $1100 in total and being a typical idiot Porsche owner that I am, I didn't properly look at the bill until after a few days. I make good money and time is always scarce so I didn't bother complaining to them. Plus, I just hate arguing about money. But anyway I think others who are less stupid than me should be aware of their shady service.
