I recently bought my Nissan Rouge with them. Andre is the Brand Specialist serving me. He is quite professional, friendly and tolerant, more importantly, he is credible. He delivered his promise of delivering my vehicle in 2 or 3 weeks. Another dealership (Non-Nissan) once promised me to deliver the ordered vehicle in 2 months but never has it delivered. Ron is their Finance Manager, he is a gentleman in mid or late 40s, he wears dress shirt and tie, looks quite professional and looks like a manager. He truthfully answered all my questions and therefore I could make a right decision based upon what he told me. When their computer system down in the morning, they could do nothing then to process my finance application, thus they let me go home and come back in the afternoon again to the dealership. Ron gave me a credit of $20 for gas. So they provided good customer service as well. Also the Rogue is a good SUV, it has 7 gear-shifts when you choose manual, its start acceleration is not bad, it is stable on highway even though there is strong winds, not floating at all, and its brake works well. It has some driver-assist features like adaptive cruise control and lane keeping.

I bought a Rogue at a really good price here. I really appreciate Sunny and Stefanie’s efforts they’ve put for me. Especially Stefanie, she was of a great help! I honestly didn’t know much about cars. Like If anyone asks what kind of car I want, I’d say a white one. Stefanie always went the extra mile to give me the right details about the car with smiles. She even let me know how she did her beautiful hair styling. :) I’m giving 5 stars for her for now but I owe her much more than that.

Manuel and the staff at North Vancouver Nissan were amazingly accommodating. As soon as I walked through the front doors I was greeted with a smile and felt like I was of priority. I came to see a used 2013 Volkswagen Golf which I evenutally bought after thinking over and test driving twice. Manuel and Jody the finance Manager made the car buying process easy and enjoyable. I cannot say enough good things about these two! I will definitely come back here when its time for a new car :)

Samuel Oteng is an awesome guy to deal with.  He went out of his way to make sure we were looked after when buying our new Nissan Leaf.  He is very personable and made our car purchase a really fun experience.  My wife was very grateful for the time he spent teaching her how to drive an electric car.  Thanks Sam!!

Andre at North Vancouver Nissan was excellent to deal with from the beginning to the end. No pressure sales, just excellent service making sure I was getting into the right car (which was a 2018 Nissan Rogue SL). They spent a lot of time finding me the perfect car that suited my needs exactly. Very knowledgeable and patient staff which made the whole process very easy and stress free. Would highly recommend North Vancouver  Nissan.
