ICBC recommended this place after my car was hit.  Everything looked good until a few months later when I realized they never bothered to check my oil filter which was damaged from the impact.  My car almost drained dry of oil.  I brought it back to them and asked them why they never fixed it, even though I got hit on my front right side where the filter is.  They came up with a million excuses, tried to blame others, tried to blame me... frustrating!  Finally, after arguing for 40 minutes, the foreman admitted that 'yeah - they screwed up...'  He said 'sorry about that' then told me to make sure I bring any future business to them.  Talk about poor...
