I had a great experience with FIAT Vancouver (Main Street). I am so  happy with the service I received when buying new car (FIAT 500X) two weeks ago. RYAN AND HIS BOSS PHIL... From the first contact to myself driving my Alpha of the lot the experience was first class. Franco Amurri was my sales contact and guided me gracefully through the process. I would highly recommend this dealership and of course the car is phenomenal.

A few days ago I purchased a Fiat Abarth 124 Spider from Alfa Romeo Fiat of Vancouver. I did not enter the dealership for myself but with a friend to look at vehicles for him. I was taken by the car and was pleasantly surprised that the sales staff were not pouncing on me but let me leisurely look at the cars. When I (we) eventually called over the sale person he was more than helpful. 

We were introduced to one of the sales managers who was equally congenial and personable. While my friend took a Giulia for a test drive I took the 124 Spider just for kicks. 

I was so impressed, I came back a few days later and purchased the car. There was never a sense of pressure just pleasure. 

I also was approached by the dealership owner who didn't know who I was or why I was there, but he too was most congenial and his personality obviously is reflected in the sales staff... Big thanks to Adam, Colin, Phil and Ted... loved dealing with you and loved the car.

I got my mom's Honda Accord for Fiat LOF & POM here yesterday for the first time. Afterwards, my car was gliding on the road when I was driving home. It felt like I was flying on the road, engine was so quiet, everything was changed to feeling so smooth, and air smelled crispy clear. My car was running as if it needed no effort nor stress. My wheels were turning so smoothly. My breaks made absolutely no sound and made stops perfectly. I signed up on the Mopar website and used the coupon for the Pennzoil oil. Good engine oil DOES make a difference. The technicians did the POM inspection and worked on the car for few hours. Other dealerships and local shops that we went before told us that they changed the filters. I was stunned to find out they did not! Air, Engine, Oil, and Cabin filters were all BLACK! The technician said that they look like they haven't been changed for over a year eventhough we got our servicing done religiously every 6 months/6000KM. I have a lot of allergies and had asthema before. Having clear filters are very important for my health. The servicing dept did such a thorough job on the car. If you ask them questions, they will teach you well. I'm a girl so don't know much about cars but I learned a lot. Everything was checked, lubricated, changed, and all the tires were switched to enhance the longevity of their life span. For the quality of services offered here, the price was good. Well worth it. We were very thankful.
