McDonald's

I went to McDonald’s and this is what I was served for breakfast. Once I bit into my sausage breakfast sandwich I was starting to choke and fell something hard, when I open the sandwich I found a nice fair size eggshell in my sandwich. I went and spoke to the store manager and manager all she did was give me one free coffee and my money back only for the sandwich. She also stated” I’ve have spoken to my worker and that I told them they need to watch out for eggshells but if we’re busy we cannot keep up on making sure the food is cooked and made properly. I told them i’m contacting a lawyer and they both said “okay”

I just ordered a Evry BlT Bgl with Lettuce tomato sausage bacon with Mayo I didn't get my sausage instead they gave me Hash brown The bagel was very hard to eat and my bacon was burnt and way too much Mayo Presentation was Horrible. I'll never eat from them again Date 09/24/2024 time 9:40am

I've tried several McD's in Scarborough but this was is just better in terms of taste, service and quality. The coffee taste was superb... I am noticing that McDonald's have started improving their premium roast coffee's taste a lot...

Usually the food is good here. This visit, my husband went around 1am and the workers were standing around talking and didn’t even bother taking the order al until 5 mins passed. He got an apple pie and when I opened it, I found a bug on it. It made me feel nauseous and not want to eat anything else.

This is the 3rd time this restaurant has messed up my order. First it’s via mcdelivery where they forgot my customized McFlurry. Then with missing utensils. Now it’s a friggin Burger. They gave me a Big Mac instead of a Big Arch and they forgot my Big Mac sauce too Do not trust this restaurant location at the evening.
