Recently, my friend and I visited McDonald's at 1125 Shepherd Ave and tried their smoothies.nnWhile the smoothies were okay, we were quite pleased with the welcoming and spacious atmosphere.nnOverall, it was a decent experience.

As many know, this is an easy stop to pick up something familiar while on the move. This was my first visit to this McDonald’s location. After a long day of travelling along completing errands, I stopped in for a bit of a break. The atmosphere was pleasant with varying ages in customers. There was a bit of congestion at the register with customers waiting to place their orders. At this specific time the line didn’t move as quickly, however when it did, the front staff was friendly and gracious. In all, I had a nice experience and will visit again.

The dirtiest and nastiest McDonalds I have ever seen. There was garbage on all the tables at the back towards the washroom. The garbage cans in the area were overflowing. It wasn't even busy at 1000pm!! Management dropped the ball here. MCDONALDS dropped the ball because they clearly need to hire or train thier staff in basic standards of cleanliness. I am not a clean freak...but this was beyond even my hygiene. They forgot to complete my order. I had to wave down the staff to help me as no one was paying attention to the customers! Steer clear of this location. You will be disappointed.

I visited the drive-thru, and the cashier had a terrible attitude. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, but the coffee I received had way too much ice. I went there on May 18th at 12:25 PM. Can the quality of the drive-thru staff be improved? It was very poor.

I come here almost every night and recently I noticed that the burgers are often not cooked properly, I didn't pay much attention to it until today when I ordered a fish and beef burger but he gave me a chicken fillet instead of a fish fillet
