Decent location, busy with customers lounging, sipping coffee for 2hrs or using their laptops thanks to the free wifi.nnDecent service, several order numbers ahead of me not showing on the lcd screen. My Vanilla cold brew was pre-stirred this time, which doesnt taste as nice unstirred.

Parents alert:.... while at Macdonald at Leslie& Sheppard & to avoid any serious toilet infections or flies contamination, ensure your ward doesnt use the washroom.nnStill dirtiest and most unhygienic Macdonald I have ever visited even after one year and obvious structural upgrade new paint etc it's still terriblly gross.nnVomits, used baby pull-ups, wipes, filthy toilet rolls, urine, obvious muddy floors are littered all over the female washroom .nnThe sitting areas are surrounded by overflowing trash bins all pictures attached.nnVicious flies bit my little ones and are attracted by these dirty bins. Dirty tables uncleaned for next customer use.nnI see other reviews complain about the filthy conditions of this Macdonald at Leslie and Sheppard but I guess the management doesn't care regardless of the glossy paint and renovation in this Macdonald it's a gross place ro visit

Recently, my friend and I visited McDonald's at 1125 Shepherd Ave and tried their smoothies.nnWhile the smoothies were okay, we were quite pleased with the welcoming and spacious atmosphere.nnOverall, it was a decent experience.

I visited the drive-thru, and the cashier had a terrible attitude. I ordered an iced coffee with light ice, but the coffee I received had way too much ice. I went there on May 18th at 12:25 PM. Can the quality of the drive-thru staff be improved? It was very poor.

As many know, this is an easy stop to pick up something familiar while on the move. This was my first visit to this McDonald’s location. After a long day of travelling along completing errands, I stopped in for a bit of a break. The atmosphere was pleasant with varying ages in customers. There was a bit of congestion at the register with customers waiting to place their orders. At this specific time the line didn’t move as quickly, however when it did, the front staff was friendly and gracious. In all, I had a nice experience and will visit again.
