Quality of food is standard, but took so long time to be ready!nThanks for staffs.nYou can choose by self order machine.

Didn't have a problem with this location, until today. I ordered a meal with two regular hamburgers, no pickles.. by the picture you can tell that they took two already made burgers and scraped everything off of them. There was no line at the drive thru, and I can't respect this obvious laziness... I'll be making some emails.

I recently grabbed a coffee at the McDonald’s on Gerrard Street East—coffee was great, and the crew was super friendly! But as soon as I stepped into the dining area, there was an unmistakable aroma adventure waiting for me. The washroom? Let’s just say, it gave me a glimpse of what I imagine the underworld smells like! I had to hold my breath and make a quick escape.nnWould love to see this place get the same attention to cleanliness that the coffee and service get. A fresher atmosphere would definitely complete the experience!

Based McD location picked up call for Yugioh X Hello Kitty collab and confirmed which toy was available at location. Best happy meal I had in years.nGood comfy service.

My son and I had finished playing golf and thought we would stop at McDonalds for some food on the way home. We stopped at the Gerrard and Victoria Park McDonald’s that is a few blocks from home.nnAfter ordering $29.00 of food 2 meals I asked them very politely if they could make sure that the food was hot as I did not like cold fries.nnThe young lad said so problem and after I paid he said through his microphone “the customer wants fresh food. Make sure it’s fresh”nnAfter driving up to the window the girl then says I would have to wait in the waiting area for about 10 minutes for my fresh food.nnAfter receiving the food I drove home. I have never had a worse meal from McDonalds.nnThe 1/4 hamburger was stone cold and the fries were the same.nnBeing a retired police officer I can see when people are lying. This crew obviously find it funny that when someone asks for warm food they purposely use a code between them. “The customer wants it Fresh”.nnI am very disappointed with this kind of treatment for the money that people are being charged.nnI would have driven back and demanded a refund but i was limited on time.nnPlease have the manager look into this matter as it is NOT funny.
