no respect for food. just threw everything in the box for me to put it together myself. honestly, the staff has one job and the lady served me just looked pissed. they weren’t even busy at the time so i cannot excuse this due to them “being busy” or anything.

Im reading all these awful reviews for this specific location and feeling like vomiting. My jssue seems so silly compared to bugs and next day cooking oil. I went to get monopoly stickers but they never added them on the box. When I asked for them they gave me two stickers from someone else’s wrap. They gave me someone’s else’s trash basically. Never going here again!!!!!

I asked for chicken wrap and they gave me sausage instead which I don’t eat because of religious beliefs. This was supposed to be my dinner and this is so frustrating to a wrong order.

I took my 2 children for dinner today. One wanted a chicken nugget happy meal and one wanted a jr chicken meal. I ordered a single toy so my second child would have one and I was refused. When I asked why I was told that I would need to purchase a happy meal if I want a toy. I asked since when? And they said a few months now. A manager was there so I asked why I couldn’t purchase a single happy meal toy. The manager said when their toy stock is low they don’t sell them because they need them for the happy meals. I asked the manager to show me where it says that in their policy because I feel like they’re refusing my business and they didn’t. When the food was served it wasn’t put on a tray to eat in and the apple juice for the children were visibly not full. When I asked why the cups were not filled they said that they didn’t have anymore small juice cups so they put it in the small soft drink cups but it’s the proper amount. I asked them to fill the cup up and they refused. Then I had to explain to the kids why their drinks are not full and only one toy. On McDonald website it says you can buy toys without purchasing a happy meal. Also the drink station looked like a disaster and there were very dirty tables with previous customers garbage left for a long period of time. Do better McDonald’s!

I absolutely love this location! Mike is an absolute gem! He’s always so friendly and he really makes you feel welcome. The best part about this location is that everyone is so fast and efficient. Our food order is always correct and the requested condiments are always there. It’s absolutely frustrating when you order food, ask for 4 ketchups and there’s 2 in the bag. This location is very consistent and it’s where we always go to for our late night snacks or early morning breakfast. Thank you Michaelnto you and your team for the hard work that you guys do! We will most likely see you Saturday night! LOL
