Extremely Disappointed and sad:nnI ordered a 10-piece chicken nuggets meal and received them completely cold like in a freezer . It was obvious they weren’t freshly prepared and had probably been sitting out for hours in the cold. I even tried calling the store, but no one answered. Really disappointing experience !nsuch a waste of money when you just want a warm meal to satisfy your hunger.

WHERE'S THE REST?nnCalling this thing 'Mighty' is the biggest lie of 2025. I’ve seen thicker slices of cheese in a Lunchable. I didn't realize I was paying premium prices for a slider that looks like it went through a trash compactor.

I ordered with a mobile app. I was asked 3 times what I ordered. Then they found my ordered. But they just felt all confused and had no idea what was going on. Watching them inside felt like everyone called out and new hires were trying to figure it all out. My sandwich was as dry as a hockey puck.. definitely not a good location.

Very disappointing experience.nnI ordered food through the kiosk for table service but had to wait over 30 minutes with my baby crying, only to realize the order was never brought to the table. I finally had to go to the counter myself, where a staff member handed me a cold order in a takeaway bag, even though I had ordered for dine-in. There was no acknowledgment for the mistake or the delay.nnHad to eat the cold burger and fries. Such a waste of money and timennExtremely unprofessional service and poor customer care.
