McDonald's

My issue is that my order is never accurate. I get food to go on my lunch break and by the time I get back and realize it’s wrong I can’t go back and complain. I ask for no onions and always get onions no matter how many times I request no onions. Today I realize there were onions because I wasn’t even given the right sandwich, and someone else’s McDouble went into my bag. I have also wait 15 minutes before for a value meal to come out of the kitchen and 10 minutes for a coffee while dining in. Better off supporting Brother’s Piza and Wings down the street.

This was a really busy location and parking is limited. I have a cargo van and was able park but when inside the seats also limited. Maybe just a popular location for locals as I am from out of town. Food was fine and service also good as she needed ask questions and didn't hesitate to find out for me,so that was very cool.

Poor service , keep missing up orders.The queue’s are horrible .so disorganized no one at front end seeing staff doing work for the same order and packing. Drivers for online orders were queue a driver asked for order pickups at least three person we’re looking &checking at back their so loss. Another customer had to showed his receipt ,as the cashier didn’t provide the proper change. I’ve waited my order longer. my order was next on serving went at the end and seen someone that waited less gets the order.Hope Management should look into this matter to improve work speed.

The fries sucked, far worse than the burgers.nnWe went there because my wife loves the fries. The fries were undercooked and dripping oil. The burgers were stiff, dry and overcooked.nnAlthough the staff were polite and friendly, and the service was quick and efficient, they are blatantly rejecting the established food preparation protocols, which is scary and dangerous in the food industry.nnDue to the lackadaisical attitude towards the preparation of our food, I will never spend another dollar of my hard earned money at this location ever again.nnAnother customer lost.

I have never gotten my food right. What y’all on? Mcrispy but with Quarter Bun?
