I am very disappointed with my recent order at Store #40225 Parkway. On February 23, 2026 around 1:39 AM, I ordered two Spicy McVeggie burgers from mc Donald app, but both had chicken patties inside.nnI have never eaten non-vegetarian food in my life due to my religious beliefs, so this was very upsetting for me. Mixing vegetarian and non-vegetarian food is a serious issue and should not happen.i will legally take action regarding this.nnI hope the restaurant improves their food handling so this does not happen to anyone else.

This is all you get?nnThe portions at McDonald’s keep getting smaller and smaller and smaller yet it’s super expensive, this place is super dirty too mosquitoes everywhere, nobody here really cares about store hygiene. Definitely skip this branch?

it's 11:07pm and i've been waiting for an ice coffee for 13 minutes. that isn't the worst part, Indian guy beside me has been waiting 27 minutes for fries, showed me the time he ordered. poor guy, i don't have nearly the patience. this place is a zoo.

Extremely upset with this location and their service. I ordered through drive through and was asked to park. No exaggeration, I waited 15 minutes for my order. I then proceed to check my order and they forget to give me HALF my order. I go instead to notify the worker that I am missing a jr chicken and a CRSIPY chicken wrap. She asks me if a grilled chicken wrap will do as the crispy chicken wrap will take 7 minutes. I wait the “7 minutes” which turns to 10 minutes. I receive the remainder of my order and leave. After the whole ordeal, I bite into my fillet o fish… AND ITS HARD AS A ROCK. I am extremely upset with the quality of the food and the service. Please do better

Rating it one because my fries box broke they were rushed and I had less fries than anyone else in the poutine box and had to wait like 20 minute just of my order and my lid broke disappointment
