The sandwiches were delicious, but I noticed that the staff weren’t wearing gloves while handling food. It would be great if they followed better hygiene practices.

Went through the drive-through yesterday, Lady taking orders sounds rude. This was noon. And there fountain pop in the dinning area taste awful. Flat/stale. They are always letting homeless people that smell like pee hang around the dinning area.nThis is why I normally go to the Hilda and steels location, very pleasant over there.

i think the food itself is great i mean the company gives out the receipe so how can you mess that up. However, I found the service level at the bottom of the bottom. I would not recommend to order online and pick it up from your car. You'd be sitting in your car for a minimum of 30 minutes for a burger. Sad

The establishment is so-so, that's why I don't recommend it, the staff is angry and does not meet hygiene standards, also all the employees are too lazy to change the lids for medium-sized glasses of cola and change the straws in the evening, you need to go up and beg them for a lid and a straw, there are no napkins, and also if you order food at the terminal in the evening, you know that your money will be written off and you will not receive your order, because the check simply ends there and you need to go to the employees who don't care and tell them to order so that they can find your order, but everyone is very busy, especially the older generation, I ordered one potato, the check ran out at the terminal and an error appeared and I did not receive my order and did not return the money, I went to the second terminal and there was no check there either and my order was simply canceled but the money was written off, and also if you just ask for sauce for potatoes or nuggets, you will most likely simply be refused and told that the sauce is paid, although I waited for a new employee, asked for sauce and they already gave it to me, in short, a bunch of irresponsible people who don't care and they just want to finish their shift as quickly as possible, of course, it is kinder the staff are basically all angry and they all run away quickly and don't listen to you, in short, the rating is two out of five

I waited for 15 minutes in front of the speaker to place my order, but there was no response. I drove up to the second window to ask what was going on, and a Filipino woman came to the window. When I asked why no one was responding at the speaker, she completely ignored my question and just said, “Do you want to order?” I said yes, of course—I’m hungry. She then replied, “I’m the only one here, I can’t take so many orders and she didn’t even took my order and closed the window!nnI find this situation unacceptable. It’s frustrating to be treated this way as a customer, and I’m surprised that McDonald’s would allow this kind of service.
