Why is it that everytime I go through the drive thru there is always something missing in my order, if the lines are gonna take long make sure my order is complete at least. I was missing a large fries again in my order! I PAID REASONABLE PRICE FOR MY ORDER AND YOUR STORE IS DOING THIS TO ME??

Place is ridiculous. Very poor customer service at the drive-thru. The employee middle aged Asian women was upset I changed my order and then went on a rant about “wasted food.” I was also rushed while ordering and spoken to rudely. It’s not appropriate to complain to a paying customer about what they choose to order. The job is to assist customers respectfully, not project frustration or create a negative experience. The way I was spoken to was unprofessional and unacceptable. Don’t work in the food industry if your going to tell people what to eat because your lazy to remake an order.nnPlease retrain your staff and I hope that wasn’t a manager. Because that would be a joke. Also name tags would be appreciative so people can be held accountable.

Ordered a double blt and when I opened it only had 1 patty… make sure you open them before leaving this place .. disappointing

The sandwiches were delicious, but I noticed that the staff weren’t wearing gloves while handling food. It would be great if they followed better hygiene practices.

One busy Saturday night, my order delivery to the table was completely missed, so I had to replace my fries because they were completely cold. However, the second table delivery order was delivered timely.nnThe restaurant floor and tables were also quite dirty because of past customers, so they didn't get cleaned as often as they should .nnRestaurant was too busy and patrons at the seat behind me kept jumping and kicking me in the back, so the atmosphere wasn't relaxing enough to have a peaceful dinner.
