Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

I placed an order with the girl a few days ago with specific instructions for my nieces baby shower. I can say I was very impressed with the cake design by Ashley. Representing blue and pink colours. The owner was there said he would pass on the message. I rather leave you a review expressing a happy customer. Thank you so much.

One of the better Dairy Queens I’ve been to. Despite the lineup being out the door, my order of ice cream didn’t take that long. The ice cream quality isn’t as good as it once was but that’s every Dairy Queen and not just this one.nnCookie dough and Skor blizzard is the way to go

It's a Dairy Queen so it's fast food, and healthy never really entered into it. That said, I have been here four times recently. The food is made fresh each time and it's piping hot.nnThe place is very clean. It looks like you could eat off the floor. The whole dining area is walked with windows. That makes it pleasant even on a rainy day.nnThere is a parking lot and drive through. The place is wheelchair accessible. I have yet to use their washroom so no comment there.nnThe staff is friendly. Again, it is fast food so the staff is mostly younger people. They are friendly and chatty. The older staff are friendly and chatty too. This suggests the managers are good leaders.nnIt also happens to be right at bus stops going north and south.

Honestly this location is incredible - by far the best grill and chill I've had.nnDine in is of course best and service is fantastic, but I typically order off Uber eats and orders have always been packed/prepared well.nnFor those that don't know, DQ actually has really good fast food burgers and fries, and there's truly no better dessert than a blizzard!nnTheres clearly a high level of QC that they uphold at this location and I've never really been dissapointed with an order here.

Service here is fast and friendly, and the pandemic didn’t cause the team here to miss a beat in churning out summer lineups.nnHowever, I have noticed that the ice cream melts really fast as opposed to at other locations.nnThe last blizzard I had came out soupy and definitely could not be flipped. Despite this, I look forward to returning, as otherwise, the quality of food here cakes, hot menu, etc is fantastic.
