Usually busy at this location. Rarely do I dine on their food. Usual orders are a toy/book for my son, to go with a latte or coffee. The service is usually on the pleasant side, steady flow between ordering and picking it up to dine in or leave.nI sat and was able to concentrate while reading. The surrounding atmosphere today was mellow

There’s no self order kiosk, but understandable because it’s small. But how come there’s only one employee in the front doing all the orders. And we had like an okay big order, when I was ordering the lady won’t even wait till I’m done keep asking “is that it?”, repeating herself at least 5+ times like I will let u know if I’m done. If u can handle that big of an order then don’t be in the front? Or open self order kiosk…

This is one of the worst locations. Short on staff and only focus on mobile orders. It’s filthy and disgusting. The staff are unprofessional and seem frustrated. I only got my order here because I had to, otherwise wouldn’t recommend, specially with kids. If you can avoid this location, do so. It’s horrible
