Mattress Mart

While shopping for an extra firm mattress, we stopped by Mattress Mart. Their Maxim firm mattress seemed to be the closest fit that I wanted as I have lower back problems. The sales person was extremely co-operative and I experienced a no-pressure approach to his interaction. What truly gave me an opportunity to see the extent of their service was, after using the mattress - somehow it felt softer than what I felt in the store. The firmness was the only reason I bought this mattress. But after about 3 weeks, I decided to stop by and speak with the sales agent about my concern. The sales person (Cameron) responded to my concern and told me that it wasn't a problem and he'd have a replacement sent over the next day as I was within my Comfort Guarantee period. This was truly, the first time I noticed such a no-hassle based guarantee being enforced that was in my best interests. There were no "fine-prints" or "service charges" that I needed to worry about. Cam took care of everything and had the mattress delivered the next day. Absolutely amazing service. And they've deeply earned my respect as a consumer. I've also bought items from big name stores, and the feeling is never the same. I know for a fact that if I am looking for honest / no-nonsense service, I will always return to this store.

This is a great place to buy a mattress. The staff was extremely helpful and we liked the suggestions they made. We tried several mattresses and the clerk explained exactly the differences between the different types. We got a discount and the delivery was free. They gave us a phone n umber to call in the morning to get a delivery time. The truck showed up during the 1 1/2 hour window we were given. The delivery staff was extremely helpful.

My husband and I, along with my in-laws, went to Mattress Mart on Hazledean Rd looking to buy two mattresses. Brendan, our sales person, was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were provided with information that helped us decide the right mattress for us at a great price. We never felt pressured and were given one-on-one service to ask questions and try various mattresses. We left the store with two mattresses at great prices and were very satisfied with the experience. We would highly recommend Brendan and the team at Mattress Mart.

Brandon (Brendan?) fixed us up with a great mattress and dealt with my mother's stroke and dementia with respect and patience. He gave us a great deal on a showroom mattress and the delivery was quick and efficient.

Be weary of the sales pitch, at any given time he will claim his wife owns every mattress. Push for the fine print and details of the products and their policies- it's like talking to a politician. Did research on my own, but main salesman can't back up what he claims, no solid evidence of product claims and slow to respond once sale is made. Buyer beware!
