I love this store! I have found kitchen items there, that I had been looking for for MONTHS at other stores. Now I know to check Stokes first. They are a little pricier than a department store would be, but the items that they sell, are of WAY higher quality.
Will never return. Bad customer service ..I am a senior and unable to carry the item..thus i need to arrange transportation assistance...the manager would not hold the item for a few days even if I paid for it.
As a senior citizen i think i was treated very rudely by a staff person. She was very rude to me ,grabbing things out of my hands etc .i wont go to that store ever again

Great prices! It is small but it always has what I am looking for.
Drove an hour and a half to exchange just to find out they wont exchange from the 26th-29th of December. Seriously??
