Fairly broad selection of food and other items. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only down side is that it can be pricey, but overall, it's a good place to shop.

I had a great experience shopping at your Kanata store last week. I'm a mother of a 2 year old who has some eating challenges. Your nutritionist was very helpful in guiding me to some food options that worked great. Thanks!

Being Celiac it is hard to find good pastas, gravies, etc. this store was 1 place I know will have a wide variety for me to choose from including vitamins, skin products etc. they do have a great selection. I still go but not as often since they moved off Hazeldean into Sittsville, because they really raised the prices of their goods making it more of a treat then a place to get groceries.
