I am not sure where these employees were educated (or if) they were! Having lived in this area for over 70 years, my guess is you could learn to be incompetent, rude, ignorant and bored in any federal pen!

The staff who took the time to find what I needed for my sprained ankle. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I have decided never to enter this store again. I never really review bad experiences with stores as I like to give them the benefit of the doubt. No more with this location. Time and time again I have found them to be bored, unhelpful and downright rude. I've even been at the cash to pay and listened as two employees gossip and complain about their job, with no acknowledgment of me. They should remember that often they are dealing with people who are caring for disabled family members which is stressful enough.

My visits were OK but nothing special. That said, there are not too many selections for medical supplies!
