Everything here is awesome. My wife hates shopping and I love finding nice outfits for her, this place has so much selection in multiple sizes and they are nice pieces. Prices are excellent and make sure to ask which colour labels are on extra sale...really so that you spend more but it’s worth it. We’ll be back and I think they do a great job.

I had a fabulous time at this shoppe. The ladies were super friendly and helpful. I went in just to take a look and ended up with 2 coats, 3 shoes, 2 pants! The quality is top notch and prices are very reasonable. Can’t wait to go back and check out the purses and accessories. This is my new go to!

I knew the store was there but never thought to go in ..thought maybe too expensive. Let me tell you I went today & loved it and will be going back, found what I needed in minutes and the sales clerk working didn't get her name was great! Very happy with my party dress might have to go back to get some jewellery though. I was in a hurry because I had my 11 yr old son with me who BTW picked my dress and thought the store was fancy. Keep up the good work.******I went back again one week later and the clerk remembered me ..purchased some jewellery for my party dress & picked up another necklace, scarf & shawl :

I love this place. I've purchased a few really great and unique items at an extremely reasonable price. I shopped everywhere to find a dress for my sisters wedding didn't know maxi dresses were so hard to find and found a beautiful Marciano dress that was discounted significantly. What a deal! The customer service was fantastic too.

This store is my favourite! I buy brands here that I wouldn't be able to afford otherwise. The items are always in great shape, and the owner and her staff are absolutely lovely. The store is packed with treasures and the staff always help me out by making suggestions and searching for the things I know I want. This is the ONLY consignment store I have visited in the past 3 years, and I will happily keep it that way. I highly recommend you check out The Frock Exchange.

This is by far the best women's consignment store in Ottawa. They are very thorough about their intake. You will never find ripped or stained items here. It is also incredibly well organised, by clothing type, then size and then colour. I have a crazy job but I can be in and out of this shop having checked out everything in 20-30 min. I often both buy and sell items here. They use a web tracking system so you can see when your items are sold online. Love this place.

Being as a longtime shopper and now a new consigner, the Frock exchange has been nothing but amazing. The owner is the best to work with as she is very knowledgable in her fashion. The staff are pleasent ladies. The young girl who works on Saturdays has a great attitude in what she does. I never leave empty handed as they have a great variety in their merchandise. The atmosphere is very welcoming and I strongly recommend for anybody!

I was in the store today and the sales person told me and the other 3 people in the store that all winter items were 20% off - hats, scarves and coats. I tried on a Burberry cashmere scarf and placed it on the counter to purchase. I then asked if all winter items were 20% off as mentioned when I arrived. She called the owner to confirm. I was told that the winter scarf I wanted to purchased that was advertised as 20% was indeed not included in the sale. I decided not to purchase the scarf based on the principal of the situation. While I was leaving another women walked in and she was immediately told about the 20% off sale on all winter items including hats, scarves and coats. This is just not acceptable.

Love this store! I've been going there since it opened and always find great clothing at great prices. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next visit and the treasures I will find there ... :

I love the store so much so that I drive from downtown to shop. I feel that the prices are reasonable and the quality of the clothing is of consistent high quality. The owner and staff are always helpful, pleasant and willing to go the extra mile to make your visit worth while. Kendra Lachine
