Lots of options to pick from. Almost too much, looks and feels cluttered. Staff have been helpful when needed. Keep eye for sales and if patience is applied you can get great deals.

I had a purchased a Google Home (Barrhaven Location) that went on sale 2 weeks later. I phoned the Barrhaven location to enquire about a return and they originally said no problem bring in your reciept and they will do a price adjustment. I arrive 2 days later and was told by a manager that yes they do offer price adjustments but this item was considered a return and they did not have them in stock anymore so could not adjust the price to reflect the now sale price. Still very confused at this point as I was not planning on returning the item. However, should I want to return it, the policy on the item was a 1 year return with receipt. My next question. If I return the one I purchased at 170.00 and purchase another one at 99.00 would I be able to do that. Response: Yes. Totally, confused and VERY annoyed at this point I went home and called the Stittsville location who was able to do the price adjustment no issue no question. As it was a 20 min. drive I decided to bring the item even though I was told I did not need it just incase I needed to rebuy the one I was returning at the now sale price. Needless to say I ended up spending another $100.00 dollars in Stittsville on more Christmas gifts. I HIGHLY recommend the Stitsville location over the Barrhaven location as they actually practice what they preach and follow their own policies without adding unlisted/unposted "exceptions" or special rules.

Good selection; however, the store is packed with items, so it can be difficult to find stuff.
