Story

Farrah Fine Jewellers is the exciting culmination of years of hard work, skill and dedication. A new name for a company that prides itself on professionalism and the trust it has built with its customers. A family business started in 1949 with Bill and Julie Harden is now transformed into a company with its sights set firmly on the future; combining the very best of the past with new qualities such as custom made, bespoke pieces and a wide range of jewellery for every occasion and price range. It is our hope that we can continue the Harden’s legacy and take Farrah Fine Jewellers to even higher levels of quality and customer care.

Since taking ownership of Harden’s Jewellers in 2011, Farhat Ainuddin and her daughter Sarah have assembled a team of sales consultants that share a passion for fine jewellery who have worked tirelessly to continue the Harden’s tradition. As the company goes from strength to strength, it is now time to make the company our personal statement, reflective of who we are and the qualities we believe in. With that... Farrah Fine Jewellers is born.

My husband and I became Harden's customers nearly 4 years ago, and we have been extremely pleased with their personalized service since day 1. He purchased my beautiful engagement ring here, and they helped him every step of the way to find the perfect fit. We also purchased our wedding bands from them, along with a couple of gifts for friends. Not only do they carry gorgeous pieces, but their customer service is second to none (and difficult to find these days!), and they are still providing amazing service with follow ups and cleanings/polishing on a regular basis. The owner and her daughter are so warm and welcoming, and it's always a treat to see them! We would happily recommend Harden's to ANY of our family and friends! :D

Couldn't have had a better experience when buying both an engagement ring and a pair of wedding bands. Knowledgeable and friendly, they walked us step by step through the whole process and helped us find the perfect choices. One of the few buying experiences that left a lasting good impression with me. Would gladly recommend to family and friends.

Every time I visit Harden's I receive the utmost professionalism. The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, but most importantly, caring. You will always be well looked after, and she's always done everything she can to make sure I leave happy. I highly recommend stopping in.

Amazing customer service! I've gone in multiple times to purchase birthday/Christmas gifts, and items for myself. Each time I was met by friendly staff who were more than happy to show me around and find the perfect gifts! I really love their Pandora section too!
