I had an awesome experience working with Owen. He was incredibly helpful and genuinely took the time to understand my ski style before recommending anything. He helped me find the perfect new skis, boots, and pivots that fit exactly what I needed. Owen was super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process stress-free. I’m really happy with what I ended up with, and I wouldn’t have found the right setup without him. Highly recommend asking for Owen!
We’re totally new to snowboarding and Alex at Kunstadt made everything super easy. He was super chill, super patient and let us try on a bunch of boots. He even pointed us toward a cheaper pair that fit better. We went back three different times because we couldn’t decide on sizing and every single time he welcomed us with a smile. Honestly, can’t recommend Alex and Kunstadt enough. Thanks for making our first season way less stressful.
Tried giving Kunstadt another chance by visiting this location, and somehow the experience was even worse. Customer service was almost nonexistent—staff stood around talking to each other while I waited for help, and no one acknowledged me until I approached them directly.nnWhen I finally asked a question, it was clear they either didn’t know the products or didn’t care enough to explain them. The whole visit felt rushed and unwelcoming, and I left without getting what I needed.nnI’m honestly shocked at how consistently disappointing these stores have been. After two bad experiences, I won’t be coming back to any Kunstadt location.
Just picked up my whole snowboard setup with the unreal help of Zach, nicest guy who gave such great info and recommendations on everything I was looking for. Easily the best customer service I’ve had anywhere, highly recommend dropping by and asking for Zach for anything you need!
Was just in for new skis and boots and had excellent customer service from Steve. He showed me lots of options, answered all my questions and explained everything really well.
