Always a pleasure visiting the LifeLabs on Bayview. Pat and the entire staff are wonderful—kind, professional, and efficient even when it’s extremely busy. Today the wait time for walk-ins was over two hours, but because we had an appointment, we were seen right on schedule. Pat is especially amazing: so gentle that I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Over the past two years, I’ve been dealing with ongoing health issues, and every time, Pat takes such great care of us. Truly grateful for the consistent compassion and professionalism at this location.

I had a great experience at LifeLabs this Saturday. The technician who helped me was incredibly kind, professional, and patient. I have very thin veins, which usually makes blood work difficult, but she found my vein perfectly on the first try. She made the whole process quick and comfortable. Big thanks to her and the entire team at this location for their excellent care and friendly service!

It is my third time visiting this location every experience is awesome! one of few locations where the staff treat you gentlynnI used to get dizzy every blood drawn and also painful but not once in this location . Very gentle and quick didn't feel pinch Great job Shine !!!
