Highly recommend this LifeLabs location! It’s easy to find parking nearby, and the clinic is very clean and well-maintained. The staff are incredibly gentle, kind, and polite.nnAilen helped me with my blood draw today—I didn’t feel a thing! I’m so glad I made the switch to this lab for my blood tests. I’ll definitely be coming back here from now on.

This LifeLabs location at 1886 Bayview at Broadway is my go-to for blood work due to its convenient location, and despite being consistently busy even in the mornings with a full waiting room, the service is excellent. In particular, I've consistently been attended to by technician nurse Pat, who is wonderfully friendly and always has time for a friendly conversation in our brief encounter. She occupies your mind in conversation while she's withdrawing blood... You don't even know she's doing it until it's over. nThe team working here is consistently efficient and professional, ensuring timely service. Their positive attitudes and hard work in a busy environment are truly appreciated and make my regular visits much easier. Highly recommend for its convenient location and efficient, professional friendly service.nThank you for all you do!

I walked in without an appointment and still got great service. The wait wasn't too long, and the staff were kind and professional. The blood test was quick and easy. Clean place and fast results. Very happy with this location!

This lifelab has a really small front office, I felt like there was no privacy while the nurse does intake; as they will speak to you about your health conditions loudly and all the other people in the waiting room can hear what they are saying and know what you are dealing with. I felt it was unprofessional. Plus the front nurse was very curt with me and I felt I was treated poorly.

I came to LifeLabs at 1866 Bayview on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Ailen handled my case and took my blood. She was absolutely amazing — so caring, professional, and skilled. My veins are quite small, and it’s usually difficult to draw blood, but Aileen did it with ease and made the experience very comfortable. Compared to other LifeLabs locations, this place is by far the best: it’s very clean, well-organized, and the staff are truly outstanding. Highly recommend!
