Michael Garron Hospital Emergency Department

For the same reason, I visited this hospital on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. Each time, I had to wait a long time, and they were unable to determine what was wrong. I was given a diagnosis based on the hospital results when I visited a walk-in clinic on Thursday! They were aware that I was ill and chose not to assist. After that, I went to St. Michael's ER today, where I received much better service and had a wait time of just ten minutes! I feel terrific now that I have what I needed—after withering away in Michael Garron without any compassion. Some nurses were genuinely so sweet but they won't compare to St. Michael's!

I went to the ER today and although I waited a total of 4.5 hours, i did go into for a minor issue so that is to be expected. The reason I am giving it a 5 star is because when I was seen, the doctor and nurses were all very friendly, helpful, and insightful. I went alone and for an issue that can be scary, the dr and nurses helped reassure me the entire time and after I had my small procedure, I felt sick and the instantly helped me through it and ran additional tests to make sure I was okay. Will go again despite the long wait times because of the quality of care I received!

Lot of nurse but short of doctors and rooms, very bad experience with my little 2 years kid also need to wait 3 hours, no expected time frame, feel like 3rd world country experience . This is not the way to manage emergency. I will always try to avoid next time

I have been in several departments, with several admissions in the last year. The care I received was absolutely incredible. The entire staff that I encountered made me feel safe, validated, cared for. I will not fo to any other hospital. I am so gratful for Michael Garron.

Great place for ER stuff. Very well organised and they have displays with current priority queue and estimated wait time. People seem pretty friendly and helpful
