First woman who was helping me has lots of passive aggression, rude by herself and started telling me I’m not gonna get service I needed today because of lack documentshowever as per their web site - I brought all needed documents. Once she realized that I’m not gonna tolerate her lack of knowledge and rudeness she said that somebody else gonna assist me.nAsian lady who started assisting me was extremely polite, helpful, and knowledgeable - I wish all workers at this location work and communicate with people like she did.nCertain trainings for some workers should be done. Some people doesn’t know their own rules and regulations at work.

Made a appointment to get my license renewed. This office is a joke. It was very busy but I had a appointment. Why give the option of a appointment just so I stand there waiting for a long time for someone to assist. They all looked over at some point so they knew I was there. Someone else was walking about doing things, she saw me too.

I went there to renew my ohip and the lady told me your ohip is expired, what!? That’s the reason why I was there because my ohip was expired.nThe Asian lady was kind but that older woman was not.nThe line was too long and it was not the first time I went there I brought all the documents that they asked me for but that old lady told me to come back again next timenAnd I told her I have here my proof and she told me I don't need your proof.nnPlease be more considerate. The healthcare system is free but I don't understand the process of applying for and renewing a health card. ‘ making me sick.nWe are working every day and we can't go back and forth to your office just to apply for a health card.nPlease please please it's not easy to fall in line...I hope that it will not happen to one of your family members.

Extremely unpleasant experience for this location. The white lady in mid age wasn’t helpful, we are trying to apply OHIP, we lined up about half an hour and only talked to her 1 min, she gave us an list and told us check if you have any of those, send us a side. When we asked some question, the attitude and service we received was really unprofessional. The service Ontario represents government and Ontarioians , it shouldn’t be like this. I hope it can be corrected.
