We have been seeing this our pediatrician Dr.Mehta for over a decade for both our children, and our experience has been outstanding. He is highly professional, compassionate, and takes the time to carefully explain every concern in detail. Appointments are never rushed, and he genuinely pays attention to the kids.nnUrgent appointments are always accommodated, which speaks volumes about his dedication to his patients. I trust him completely with my boys. Excellent doctor and an exceptional human being. Highly recommended! Thank you Dr.Mehta for being awesome and my boys always love to come and see you without any fear of going to a doctor and needles!
Overall, I’ve had a good experience at Kindercare Pediatrics during every visit. The clinic offers excellent care and the emergency after-hours service is a huge benefit for parents with little ones.nnThat said, booking appointments can be challenging. It’s difficult to reach an assistant by phone, and all communication is handled via email, which often leads to a lot of back-and-forth. This can be inconvenient when you’re working or trying to resolve scheduling conflicts quickly. Some assistants are very friendly and welcoming, while others can feel a bit cold.nMy daughter finds appointments stressful because she associates them with needles. While Dr. Vaughan is a knowledgeable and caring doctor who provides great advice, I feel she could be warmer and more playful in her approach. A softer, more engaging demeanor might help children feel less anxious. At times, she can come across as quite stern, though her expertise is undeniable.nnOverall, I think Kindercare Pediatrics is a great clinic that provides quality care and valuable services for families. With a few improvements in communication and a more child-friendly approach, it could be even better.
Team at KinderCare Pediatric Urgent Care was outstanding. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and efficient, and the doctor took time to thoroughly answer all my questions about my baby's health.nnThey made sure everything was checked properly—we left feeling completely reassured. Highly recommend for any parent needing quick, caring urgent care.
I am completely disappointed with my experience at this clinic. We had an appointment for our newborn’s first vaccinations, and despite doing everything possible to keep the clinic informed, the situation was handled with zero flexibility or understanding.nnWe were running behind because our baby needed a full diaper and outfit change as we were leaving, and then we hit unexpected traffic. I tried calling the clinic, only to discover there is no way to speak to a live person, only an automated voicemail. When I received a text response, I immediately let them know we would be ten minutes late which was true at that moment.nnAs traffic worsened and we struggled to locate the building, I tried calling again, again no response and so I texted again advising I’m in the parking lot trying to find the entrance.nBy the time we arrived, we were about 25 minutes late. I fully acknowledge that the delay became longer than the original estimate, this can happensnwhen you’re dealing with a newborn and unexpected obstacles.nnAfter we finally got to the clinic, they responded to say the doctor Dr. Knowles would no longer see us as we were late and the doctor is booked. What bothered me was being told that I had said “10 minutes” when it was now “30,” as if I hadn’t been trying my best to communicate and navigate the situation. A little understanding would have made a world of difference.nNo alternatives were offered except to come back the following week, despite the fact that this appointment was for newborn vaccinations, something you would think a pediatric provider would treat with priority, flexibility, or at least some problem solving.nnWhat makes this even more frustrating is the clear double standard. Based on other reviews, it appears patients routinely wait 45 minutes to 2 hours past their scheduled appointment times. That seems to be acceptable for the clinic, but a parent arriving late with a newborn who was attempting to keep communication, there was no compassion, no flexibility, and no effort to provide a solution except come back another day.nnOn top of that, none of the reminder emails mention that the clinic only holds appointments for a specific number of minutes otherwise I would have turned around and gone home The email did emphasize that patients will be charged if they cancel within two business days. It’s interesting that penalties for patients are highlighted, yet their own policies that directly affect patient care aren’t communicated.nnThe entire experience left me shocked and genuinely questioning the clinic’s priorities. For a practice that works with infants and families, I expect far better communication, consistent policies, and basic empathy!. As I shared this experience with other parents they were just as shocked to hear my experience. I would not recommend this clinic.
We see Dr Rosenthal here who is exceptional. Always super thorough, and kind and never rushes us. We saw Dr Moses yesterday in urgent care and he was incredible. So unbelievably thorough and detailed and took the time to ask many questions to make sure to correctly assess my daughter’s condition. This kind of care is rare and we are lucky to have access to it. Amazing doctors who truly care!
