Kindercare Pediatrics - Leaside

Nice and clean clinic, I love the place, my son had an appointment at 3 and the clinic was very calm. To get an appointment was kind of frustrating, I call and they said the therapist will call me back in a week and I waited 2 I call back and they apologized because the therapist never got my message. Anyway Megan Silverhead is amazing, she is good listener, she explained my sons a few techniques.

My husband and I absolutely adore our babies doctor, Dr. Griesman. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and brings a calm reassuring presence into the room which I appreciate as a first time mom who is learning as she goes. Our little Summer is a lucky baby to have her!

This clinic is extremely unprofessional and should be avoided. As a father of a child who was a patient here for years, I fully agree with the other negative reviews. The receptionists particularly the younger, Asian lady with glasses and the younger, Caucasian lady with longer brown hair simply do not care about the patients, and if they seem to at first, it is all just a farce. First, they do not answer the phones or ever return your voice messages over a span of weeks, making you waste your time trying to get a hold of someone while your child gets unnecessarily more and more sick. Second, when you are actually in the office dealing with them directly, they are full of attitude. One day I even overheard them talking trash and gossiping about a family they were dealing with. Would you want to be the patients of a clinic where the staff does this to you and your family behind your back? The paediatricians here are nothing special and are barely competent. Not only do they always make you wait for your scheduled appointments, but when you are finally in a room with them, they are too abrupt and indifferent to actually give the proper, thorough, and comprehensive care needed for your child. They are already halfway out the door before you are done asking all your questions. Although the clinic is shiny and new, the rudeness and lack of compassion from the paediatricians and receptionists are definitely not worth becoming patients here.

This is honestly the most efficiently run doctor's office we have ever visited. We've never had to wait for the doctor for more than 15 minutes. Yes, you have to do mostly everything online and there's multiple different forms but it's not difficult to figure out. We're always in and out for our baby's check up within 30 minutes.

Dr. Alisa Rachlis is amazing! She's super attentive and really thorough. She made my son feel very comfortable. I highly recommend her :
