Kindercare Pediatrics - Leaside

We've had an incredible experience at Kindercare! As a first time parent, I am incredibly grateful to have Dr. Flanders as my child's pediatrician. He is always so thoughtful and patient, and it feels like he truly cares about my child and my experience as a first time parent. He always has time for my many questions! The front desk staff are also very easy to communicate with via email, and are very responsive and clear. The nurses we've interacted with have all been very kind too. Grateful too for the after hours availability and specialists in house! Couldn't be happier with the care we've received here.

We come all the way from Pickering to see Dr. Barootes. She’s so amazing with our daughter and takes the time to listen to all of our questions which was SO nice as first time parents. Incredible patience, her advice has been spot on and our 4 month old loves her. The office itself is a chain but is run efficiently, with online bookings and all the facilities required. Parking is a pain because it’s in a busy plaza but if you’re willing to park a bit further away, it’s not so bad. Overall, we’re happy to keep driving in because of the care received.

The doctors and other staff here are all outstanding, and we always get an excellent level of care. My son has been coming here for ten years. Even when they moved offices, we made the effort to come here instead of finding new doctors. The fact that they have an integrated team of specialists is one of the main reasons we stay - that and we love Dr. Rachlis, who is wonderful.nnMy only gripe is that wait times seem out of control - we come on time for the appointments, only to wait 30-60 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. That has been ongoing for years and seems like a problem no one is willing to work on solving, or thinks is important. Disappointing given the high level of service and care by the medical staff. We put up with it because the medical care is that good, but wish we didn't have to.

As always the wait isn’t long and Dr Ho was fantastic. Check in is easy, secretaries at the front are so great with booking new appointments, the nurses are also friendly while taking measurements. The facilities are stroller friendly, clean and spacious.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Rosenthal for several years with both our kids and couldn’t be more grateful. She’s calm, patient and always takes the time to truly connect with the kids. Her assessments are thorough and you can tell she really cares. We’ve had such a positive experience overall and the Kindercare team has been wonderful too. Thank you for everything!
