I was so happy to learn that if your pediatrician is not available, you can still get a same-day appointment with another doctor. The online booking process was easy and we didn’t have to wait once we arrived. The doctor was super friendly and playful with my child, it was such a positive experience!

Wonderful experience with Dr Nguyen-Lam. I just changed over to kidcrew because of the excellent reviews and Dr Lam was wonderful. Both my children have a lot of anxiety about going to the Doctor and I was nervous about changing them to a new clinic. From start to finish my children were comfortable and Dr Lam was caring and kind. During my son's check up my daughter interrupted and asked when is it going to be her turn? Very happy overall

Visited the North York office. Spacious lobby, modern facility. I booked a same day appointment for my sick infant. We were taken on time and had a very positive experience with the doctor. Highly recommend!

Our newborn had a tongue tie and our midwife referred us to Kidcrew, we are happy our baby got a TT release same day, it was quick and easy. The lactation consultant and doctor explained everything to us and showed us exercises and stretches to practice at home so baby will feel better with her tongue movement. The environment is so conducive and staff are friendly. The lactation consultant who attended to us was so friendly and knowledgeable.

Ever since I found out about this clinic through a friend referral, I've been bringing my kids and I am so relieved they take seriously their health. Amazing pediatricians and the speed and follow up is outstanding.nBefore, living downtown, we were seen in a walk-in clinic and 99%of the times, sent to SickKids, probably because we live so close to it.nNow, I travel more, but get faster attention, we don't take resources away from kids that actually need attention at emergency room at SickKids and there is an actual doctor that starts to get to know my kids.nDr. Sidhu makes my kids feel so empowered about their health and they have fun!nIf their pediatrician is not working, another amazing doctor takes care of them just as professionally.nI truly recomm it.
