We recently had to switch clinics after our longtime pediatrician, Dr. Milne, retired.nnThe clinic itself is super spacious and clean, which was a great first impression. The front desk staff were lovely and got us checked in right away—we were actually seen within five minutes of our appointment time.nnThe nurse was really friendly and made my teens feel comfortable right away. But the highlight of the visit was definitely Dr. Sonjana Khurana-Sharma. She was so sweet and genuinely caring. What really stood out was how she connected with both of my daughters—she spoke directly to them in a way that was friendly, respectful, and informative. They felt heard and included, which as a parent, means everything.

Had a great visit at Kidcrew clinic. The clinic looks very clean, organized and the staff is very friendly. We were seen shortly by our doctor right at the scheduled time. The appointment itself went well, the doctor was very caring and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend the clinic, and we will go back if when our family doctor appointments are fully booked on the short term.

Highly Recommend Kidcrew. The waiting area is very spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff are very helpful and accommodating. My son has High Needs Autism Level 3 and his Doctor, Dr. Sonjana Khurana so wonderful. She is truly a genuinely kind, sensitive, and supportive of my son's needs.

Our OB referred us to Kidcrew and we are so happy he did!nnThey have a fabulously organized and prompt system in place for visits. The atmosphere is kid-friendly. Everything is communicated via email which might not be great for some parents who would like to call the office - no one answered when I called - but answers to emails have always been very fast. Parents can book appointments online easily, even for urgent care. Next-day appointments have always been available when we needed one, even on Sundays.nnFinally, Dr. Singh is fantastic. She cares deeply, and is very knowledgeable and kind. She once called us at 9pm to provide us with a follow-up!nnWe have nothing but great things to say about Kidcrew and Dr. Singh!

I have been taking my four daughters to this place for the past ten years, and I highly recommend it to all my friends. The doctors are readily available when you need them, and the staff is very kind, always responding to requests within 24 hours. They offer a wide range of pediatric specialists, ensuring that my kids receive excellent care. It has truly been the perfect place for peace of mind, knowing that my children are well taken care of. Our doctor, Dr. Simone, has consistently demonstrated exceptional care as a physician.
