Absolutely horrible service. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name, but the man running the desk was disrespectful, verbally abusive, racist, and admitted to creating arbitrary rules to cover his lack of skill at his own job.nnUsually I let this slide. I get it, people have bad days. But based on the other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. He was not only disrespectful to us, but the other customers we had let go ahead of us too.nnFrom demanding to know what was in our packages that’s none of your business, I had already declared if there was anything you needed to know, to even making racist comments about my name. It’s absurd that FedEx lets this man still work there. Maybe it’s because of his “40 years at the job” as he so loved to mention every 5 minutes.nnI get that you want to speed up the process because you type at the speed of a toddler, but that’s not our problem. Learn to do your job adequately and not lecture the customer for 2 hours for a simple 20 minute job that a part timer could handle. Taking out your frustrations on my packages by physically bashing them constantly while pretending to tape them is also reminiscent of a toddler. Am I seeing a pattern?nnIf anyone sees this elderly Asian man with gray hair running the desk, I suggest you steer clear and try another location. Or better yet, stay clear of FedEx entirely for even keeping someone like him at their company.

Tried multiple times calling customer service including refusing a delivery which the driver was very nice and canceled it for me but the next day it was out for delivery again! One hand doesn't know what the other ones doing. Phone customer service is atrocious with phone reps actually lying refusing to get a manager to call back several times and major attitude from the North American rep.

During my recent visit to this FedEx branch, I encountered several issues that significantly impacted my customer experience. The branch operated at an exceptionally slow pace. Although the waybill listed five different shipping options, the staff in-person only provided two express options, both of which were exceedingly overpriced. Additionally, the employees answered my questions with noticeable impatience an hour before closing. I also found that the staff online were unwilling to provide billing information. Shipping small items cost over $65, which I found to be exorbitant. Overall, my experience felt centered on how much they could charge me rather than providing satisfactory customer experience. Consequently, I will not be using FedEx for future deliveries.

disgusting. This is what happens if you hire low skilled driver which is his concern is just earning money by having more packages for deliver and say that the customer wasn’t home. I been waiting all the day but he didn’t enter the building even instead he want to left in regular shop at the city center. I went and complain to the office manager and she is aware.

Friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond.
