Wilson and Bathurst Medical Centre

Welp, this is disappointing. I've been in this clinic multiple times before. You always need to wait for a few hours even though you arrived at the time of when your appointment will be taking place. I mean sure, the staff is nice, even Doctor Adebajo. But seriously. Everytime I come here they make me wait for a few hours to have the doctor to check up on me which takes them roughly 10 minutes and I'm free to go. Everybody has different views of different places. This is just my point of view of how this place is.

The staff was approachable, friendly, and created a very welcoming environment. They have a play area for the kids and free snacks for those who are still waiting. As per my partner's experience, the doctor did a great job because he didn't even feel pain when his tooth was extracted. Thank you all!

Horrible customer service at receptionist.nThey don’t know how to speak English.. I kept asking questions regarding my scans and the receptionist had to keep speaking to her colleagues in Filipino to know how to speak English to me through the phone. It’s very unprofessional, this is a medical field clinic there’s no reason why the receptionist aren’t attentive and speak well English to understand a conversation regarding a patients scans …

WORST POSSIBLE SERVICE BY THE Clinic!nnNote: the Dr I use did not do anything wrong. It is just the clinic that prevented me from reaching him. I finally reached him on my own and.nnI regret choosing a Dr with this clinic as they NEVER CALL BACK!nI have been trying to reach reception for over a week asking to have my Dr Call me back and NOTHING.nHow hard is it to tell a Dr to call back!?

I appreciate this medical center, the staff and Dr Adebajo. He has been very thorough, kind and considerate to us. We are so happy we have a family doctor that cares about us and provides the continuity of care we need as seniors with ongoing health needs.
