I have to say the gals running the front end works so great as a team, they are super friendly and knowledgeable. I went away super impressed and told several people about my 10 minutes there, since I was blown away by the best customer experience in years...for what was honestly a small purchase $50 but they made me feel valued as a customer and I know I left with exactly what I needed to fix my window! Thanks ladies!
I ordered 2 window locks on Dec 31. I thought it’s a small order and it will take time to process. Plus they are located in Edmonton and I’m in montreal, so maybe a week of transit once shipped ! Received it on the 4th of Jan. Super quick and great customer service. It’s my second order with them and they are now my go to place to get window parts. And they are the only one carrying parts I need. Can’t find locally.
Great experience, I got the parts I needed and was able to fix my door. I live out of town and they offered an alternative part just in case there was an issue, so I wouldn't have to make a second trip.
I can't thank All Glass Part enough for their help. I had to replace some window parts and they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to help with my order. Tamara was so kind and quick to respond. Thank you again for your wonderful service. The parts arrived and fit perfectly!
Shipping extremely slow. 2 Weeks Plus. Gasket products do not have proper dimensions listed. Customer support just wants you to place more orders and spend more on shipping. Total joke.

Ryan has been helping me sort out some parts I need for a 15 year old door handle. Even though it's a small order, he's been super helpful and quick to respond to my enquiries. Excellent and prompt service. Had to contact again for parts ordered 3 years ago, and there we were .. our contact information had been saved and so were we! Hard to buy parts for our tilt and turn doors, but Ryan made every effort to locate what we needed. Would give 10 stars if possible
