I have all great things to say about Prime Fasteners & their team. Every order I have placed has been correct, delivered as promised, and the guys have been extremely helpful when I've asked questions about the product and reasons why it has been purchased. The equipment we have taken in for repair, has been repaired properly, and we have had no issues. Repairs have been completed in the time frame as promised. The Accounting team has been amazing to work with and communication is top notch to ensure our account is accurate and current.

I've shopped at this store for a decade now. Always had friendly helpful staff. The store always has product in stock. They provide free Delivery. I've only had one tool go beyond the 3 week estimate and it was due to a part being shipped from the manufacturer. Most tools come back in only a few days. They host tool demo days with the manufacturers with free home made lunches or provide by local food trucks. Amazing service every time. Wish I could give this a 6 star review. Worse and worse every summer and every winter I bring my compressor in there to get it tuned up and oil change takes longer and longer three weeks what the hell and last time I brought My nail guns to get serviced it disassembled the mall and charge me up the ass give them back to me in 1 million pieces of bags the. -10 out of five stars

Repair department very slow and very expensive, sometimes won't even fix tools properly. I recommend quality tool repair on 156st.
