L.A. Mazda

The service and staffs are awesome! We went to this dealer for a Mazda SUV, and got a pretty competitive price compared with other dealers without too many rounds of negotiations. After we purchased the new vehicle, they lent a decent car to us for free to deal with trivial stuffs such as register for two days! I really enjoyed the time I spent there and conversations with Shak, Kelvin, Jeff, and Anna! Though this place is a bit far away from Edmonton, it definitely worth my visit. I highly recommend this dealer!

After previously having two bad experiences with car dealership I was referred to LA Mazda and I do have to say I’m so impressed with the customer services i received. Luca Di Credico was my salesman an he was amazing, he made me feel comfortable and not stressed out about the huge purchase I was just about to make. He was so easy to talk to and was there if I needed to call in, he also made sure he kept in touch with me and made sure I always knew what was going on. The people in finance and manager Jared were so amazing as well. I was defiantly happy when I walked out the door and am enjoying my amazing new car. I would recommend LA Mazda to all my friends and family or anyone that is looking for a good customer experience. If I could I would give them ten stars.

They made the experience of purchasing a vehicle as comfortable as I've had. They feel like friends, not sales people. Jon came across as very professional. Even while dressing and coming off as professional, there was a casual air to him that allowed myself and my SO to be more comfortable with the process. He was very knowledgeable about any vehicle he was showing us and listened to what we had to say about the vehicles. He helped us find the vehicle that gave us everything we need. The rest of the staff were also very courteous. They always made sure that we were topped up on beverage while we were there. The waiting room was comfortable and had TV that you were able to pick your shows. The sales (John) and finance manager (Reed) wrapped the entire process up concisely and were able to explain all of the information in an easy-to-understand manner. Of the 3 vehicles that I've purchased, this was by far the most pleasant experience. I will definitely be visiting this dealership again.

Everyone at LA Mazda was a pleasure to deal with! Jeff Chu and Andrew Olsen were great and went above and beyond. I purchased the car over the phone and Anastasia in finance was able to get all the paperwork together without any issues. The very next day both Jeff and Andrew delivered the car to me in Red Deer! I found a broken piece of plastic upon delivery (it was a used car) and without any hesitation a new part was ordered up. Once the part came in Jeff made arrangements and delivered it on a Sunday evening! Amazing service. Truly a caring dealership. Jeff and Andrew, thanks again!!

I started out at another Mazda dealership, but was getting the run around and it turns out the salesman was not disclosing all charges even when I specifically asked if there was anything else. This lead me to try another location and brought me to LA Mazda. I received exceptional service, honesty and had a genuinely pleasant experience all around. There was no pressure to buy or make a decision. I’m super happy with the vehicle and would highly recommend the team at LA Mazda. Thank you Jared, Jon and Reed for all your help!!!
